Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and the desk was a nice setup.

The heater was a little loud and did not make steady noise. It also didn't have a wall mounted temperature control. Did not have a built-in closet, having the dresser made the angle for using hangers awkward.

Quick and easy check in, Comfy beds, more than enough pillows, a hot, steamy shower so invigorating I felt steam cleaned, and pressure washed at the same time! A small, guest laundry, with average prices, $2 each for washer and dryer, a heated pool, and hot tub.

Before we had our luggage out of the car, a young woman with a baby approached us, and asked us to pay for her room, of course in this day and age I suspected a scam and refused. We tried to have the clerk contact family services to help her out, but he was aloof and distant, and by the time he finally mgot off the phone, she was nowhere to be found

The front desk manager Tim Erion was the best when I checked in it showed me as cancelled reservation which I didn't I cancelled the extra bed he was very friendly and patient and uncanceled my room I really appreciated him taking care of us and getting my room back. I made sure to get his card so I can reserve directly next visit. He is an excellent employee.

That the online booking was so confusing when canceling the Xtra bed and it cancelled my whole reservation. We drove for six hours and almost didn't have a room.

The location is perfect for traveling between Reno and Spokane. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

About the only complaint is that by 8:30 the breakfast items are pretty sparse - no yogurt or bananas and only a few pieces of bread. However, we are appreciative of just having coffee, orange juice and some cereal and milk to start the day. Also, there were alot of people the last 2 times we stayed and with only 1 service person, it's difficult to keep up.

River Lodge was a great place to recharge after a long day in Yellowstone. It was not far from the west entrance to the park and easy to find. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room is smaller than you expect. Also, we were on the first floor and we could hear everything, and I mean everything, the guest above us was doing. We could also hear guest on each side. Very thin walls.

The location is convenient but a little noisy with the trucks on the freeway. Could be our room location. This time we were on the first floor with a south facing room. Last time we were on the second floor with a north facing room. But the room itself was comfortable.

The location was great for traveling. The facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and very comfortable and quiet. We will probably be staying there again in a week when we return from our trip.

My room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Shower was a great large size. Room was quiet and I couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast was also yummy! Warm and tasteful. In my original room the air conditioner didn’t work and the staff quickly moved me to another room. This hotel was a highly rated hotel and deserves its ratings.

I left my Kindle in the room at check out, and housekeeping turned it in to the main desk. I called to inquire if they had it (yes), and everyone was so supportive and wonderful. The Ontario Post Office brought over a flat rate box, and I sent an email to Sleep Inn in Ontario with a pre-paid label.They printed the label, packaged up my Kindle, and sent it off. I received it a few days later. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond!!! And thank you for being honest!!! We are definitely staying there again.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Bed was comfy and everyone slept well. Breakfast had quite a few good options. Room overall was meh, pretty cramped and the bathroom door didn't lock in our room.

I found it cheaper (by $50) after i booked it. Might not use booking.Com next time. Bathroom door didn't lock
