The breakfast was decent however the seating area , though reasonably large, was filled with people and it was hard to find a place to sit where we weren't feeling like we were too close to others. The pancake machine was not working which was disappointing. The eggs and sausages were good. The fruit looked decent but it would've been nice to have melon as an alternative to apples and bananas.

There was no social distancing, the staff were not wearing masks and there were too many people in the dining room to feel comfortable. Also, as above, the pancake machine was not working and there was no waffle iron or even toaster waffles or pancakes. Also, our coffee machine in our room was not working. It was getting power, but when we pushed the Brew button, nothing happened. It was a keurig. I had to go downstairs to get coffee.

If you get a room next to one of the exits, it can get pretty loud with the door slamming constantly at very early hours in the morning. It’s not really an issue though if you’re a heavy sleeper.

Welcoming staff. Great room layout and quality of fixtures and finishes, nice amenities, fantastic bedding, and super clean.

I did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I returned to my room after the first night and I had NO clean towels, bed wasn't made, trash not emptied. The room was virtually untouched. I called to the front desk and was told I needed to request that my room be cleaned and I was notified upon checkin. NO I WAS NOT NOTIFIED! The front desk person brought up clean towels. The next day I received clean towels and trash emptied but the bed was not made. This is NOT acceptable to me when I am paying a premium price for a room. I am also sick and tired of hearing about the amount of staff available. I saw at two housekeepers on my floor.

The breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable. We felt very comfort and secure. The staff was very top notch, nice and helpful.

The lighting in the bathroom...When I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I don't like to turn the overhead light on because that much light makes my mind think its time to get up. It would be nice to have a small night-light of some sort. As it was, I had to choose between total darkness or the bright overhead light.

Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Smooth and easy check-in. Room had updated furnishings and smooth & soft sheets. The AC worked well and was not too noisy. The neighboring guests were quiet and we got a restful night's sleep. Breakfast had hot food options as well as cold food. The breakfast room was conveniently located near the front desk, and had enough seating for the guests. The food was replenished as more guests arrived for breakfast. Desk clerks offered a list of recommended local restaurants which was helpful for us for locating a place for dinner.

Our room was clean, but there was a very strong odor of bleach that lingered throughout the space.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD! THEY DID NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THINGS THAT THEY HAD RUN OUT OF AND TO GET THEM REFILLED. BUT OVER ALL IT WAS A GOOD BREAKFAST.

I HAD LEFT AN ITEM AT THE HOTEL. A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. AFTER CONTACTING THE HOTEL THEY WOULD NOT SHIP IT TO ME BUT DID FIND A COMPANY THAT WOULD COME PICK THE ITEM UP AND SHIP IT TO ME. IT WAS MY FAULT FOR FORGETTING THE ITEM BUT I FELT LIKE A DECENT HOTEL WOULD BE WILLING TO SEND THE ITEM . I'M SURE THEY MADE PLENTY OF MONEY ON OUR STAY. IT COST ME $20 TO HAVE THE ITEM SHIPPED. AGAIN I KNOW IT WAS MY FAULT FOR FORGETTING THE ITEM.

The room overlooked the highway, which was a bit noisy at night. The biggest drawback was the breakfast, which was very processed and served on Styrofoam plates with plastic utensils. The coffee was good though.

Check-in staff was not real knowledgeable. She may have been new and in training. To "by the book" for someone who had just driven 7 hours and just wanted his room.

The hotel was clean, the room was very spacious, and the bed/room was very comfortable. The staff was great and the breakfast was a great help to get going in the morning.

Little higher cost than I would have liked but, some of the benefits offset the cost. The elevator was soooooo slow!!
