breakfast was good, seating could be better for families with small children. rooms were clean and comfortable. pool and hot tub felt great after a day of travel.

I miss carpet in rooms as it helps cut down on the noise from rooms above.

A spacious room and two comfortable beds and fortunately, the people in the room above went to bed early and so we got a good nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and the spa in the room looked good. Regrettably we did not have time to use it. The location is ideal for shops and restaurants but a little way out of the main town area.

The only issue was the lack of sound insulation in the ceiling. We were able to hear quite clearly the person in the room above walking around, using the bathroom etc. We found this problem quite common in nearly all the hotels we stayed at during our US tour. I would recommend asking for an upstairs room when booking.

It was a good stay.

But we had added an extra day and then found out that because we had to return home quickly for a funeral we needed to cancel that extra day, which we did in the time we could cancel without charge. We canceled through our booking account. But the hotel claims that they didn’t get the cancellation from booking.com and so charged us for an extra day, even though one of the ladies at the front desk said she could see the cancellation and didn’t charge us then. But a few days later the charge for the extra day was made. The hotel said then that they hadn’t received the cancellation and Booking won’t cover their mistake!!

The room was clean and though a bit older feeling, it was good sized and everything worked well. The staff both in the evening and in the morning were respectful and helpful. Breakfast was simple but did the job.

One complaint was that there were not many people there and yet they put a family with multiple children and a dog and a cat in the room next door which had a connecting door between us. It was loud and the dog barked and kids woke up several times and we could hear everything they said. The kids kept trying to open the door between us which was loud. With the space available in the hotel, we felt they could have not put someone so close to us as we were there first.

First and foremost the gentleman checking us in was one of the most professional and polite hotel employees I’ve ever met in my life. I don’t know his name, but he was a middle aged African American man. This was a Ritz-Carlton level guy working at Red Lion. Checking out was quick and easy too, with a different clerk. Location of the hotel was also very convenient, right next to I-84

On of two beds was missing one flat sheet. The fitter sheet had a few large black stains.

Check-in with Mr. G was top-notch! I appreciated the friendliness, straight-forward information being shared. Mr. G was on the phone with a customer as I was waiting to check-in. He was polite yet direct with informing on booking and cancellation policy info and all the amenities the room and property had.

Linens, towels were minimal rough and need to be updated, upgraded and more provided.

I been there just a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. but this time the desk person charged me $25 a dog for non refundable pet deposit which they have never done in the past and 150 deposit because I didn’t live over 80 miles away!!?? which I never did before. I always leave our room picked up!! my dogs are very well behaved and trained. I don’t get.

I loved having a three bed option. The person who checked us in was honestly the nicest receptionist I have ever met. He was spectacular and kind. Even though we checked in shortly before midnight, he was animated and fun.

The bathroom was a little small, but we had three beds, so you have to make up the size somewhere. The breakfast was a little lacking due to the waffle maker being broken, but it won't stop us from staying here again.

The Staff (man) at the desk when I arrived was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the vinyl flooring, much cleaner feeling than carpet. Nice TV, comfortable bed. Close to food/stores. Easy freeway access.

The breakfast area was a little more neglected. No creamer for coffee and only small 5" diameter plates, when the waffles are probably 8" in diameter. TV in the room was on, but no channel, station chosen and no remote around, so just odd silence. But the selection was decent. They allow pets (which I really like) and the people next door had 2 yappy little dogs that went off all evening and the next morning, which was annoying.

The genleman at the front desk was very busy, and yet very helpful. Room was spacious. Wish i had time for the Jacuzzi tub.

Unfortunately, this room needed a plumber desparately. You could never get hot water in the sink due to the sink being plugged. The sink would overflow before the water got even warm. Then the sink would take about a 1/2 hour to drain. The shower-head needed pipe tape as the water shot up at the back wall. All simple fixes not being attended to.
