The staff was exceptional. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. There was live music, happy hour and the first drink was even comped. This is the type of place that you want to bring your friends to just to have a drink and chill. Or play Oregon Trail on one of the computers set up in the halls. Its very Portland. The valet parking is quick and friendly.The room was cool and quirky. It had a huge skylight on one side with automated shades you can control. The suite I had was beautiful. There was even a HUGE soaking tub in the bathroom. That was a very nice touch. This place feels like the spot. Ifkyk.

Only two gripes. One of them however, is big for me. I did not care for the bed. I got the king suite and the bed was not very comfortable. And it squeaked every time I moved. The only other gripe I have is small. I wish there was a fan in the bathroom. Soaking in that giant tub would have been more enjoyable with a fan to clear some of the steam.

The decor. Soaking tub in room. Furniture was comfortable. Bookshelf on the 7th floor. The bar looked nice but we didn’t make it when it was open. Parking was cheaper for our hybrid.

No one told us parking was cheaper for our hybrid vehicle until after we had committed to other parking options.

did not like the restaurant food i ordered for room service, also totally overpriced sadly Portland downtown has changed a lot and it doesn't feel very safe and clean surrounding the hotel

The staff was exceptional and the food was amazing. They do not have an opened restaurant but teh "tapas" were absolutely AMAZING. First class...the Goddess salad and Meatballs ranked among some of the best I have had. Bravo! The bartender Megan was also a joy and was quite the mixologist. The room was clean and the staff very attentive. Well done! I will be back!

beautiful property. suite was spacious and modern. soaking tub fits two and is awesome. great walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, historic Chinatown and Chinese gardens, and the famous Powells Books.

understaffed. restaurant and room service is not in operation. valet for car takes up to 30 minutes. no one to assist with luggage due to this. staff is really nice but like so many places impacted by COVID, this is one of them in terms of lack of staffing. You need to be an independent traveler for this establishment at this time.

I love how clean it was. All the staff was so nice. The spa tub didn’t have jets so that was a let down, for the price it should have had jets. Zach the valet guy was so amazing he was funny and a lot of help. All the front desk people were very nice as well.

No parking so it forces you to have to pay for valet.

The property was very tidy with great sense of style. Our room was large enough to comfortably accommodate five people. Hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and other attractions. Staff was friendly and responsive to all requests. I would stay here again!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They had complimentary wine . There was a game room so it was wonderful for families with children. Lots of quiet seating areas where we could spend quiet chats or read.

I loved how staffing was, with front reception, valet and the experience!!!! Felt welcomed once I walked in that door. A+ with the hotel being pet friendly! Definitely booking again!!! And do recommend.

Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel was in a great location for walking and discovering the city. A lovely venue to come home to at the end of each day.
