We arrived from out of town about an hour prior to check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel was very nice and very clean. My kids and I loved the rooms and city view. Breakfast was amazing! Great location and within walking distance from Pioneer Place Mall, shops, restaurants and Voodoo Donuts! I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, right in central city. Places to eat and things to do were within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were attentive and very nice. Our flight had been very delayed and the hotel let us extend our check-out. We even had a $25 credit at the restaurant. This may have been the cleanest hotel I've been at. Sometimes you walk into a room and you just know you have to have your slippers on and clean surfaces again. I did it anyway but it was very clean. And you just feel more comfortable and relaxed knowing the hotel did its part. I've stayed in so many hotels this year and couldn't wait to get home to my bed. But I wished I had stayed at the Bidwell longer. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that they provided bathrobes. They also provided us with jars to fill up with water.

They have valet only for $50 or you can self-park at the 24hr garage a block away.

Very clean room with walk in shower. Staff was excellent, especially the valet and the people who checked me in and out.

Every time I book through a third party, I end up on the side of the building where garbage is picked up at ridiculous times in the early morning. From now on, I’ll be booking directly with the hotels. Also in this case, the sink was slow to drain because the stopper/plunger didn’t work properly. I told them when I checked out.

The front desk personnel were very helpful - my reservation was not easy to locate but they kept at it until they found it. Also I ate in High Horse and the hostess/waitress was very prompt and friendly and courteous. Tfhe valets were also very nice and courteous.

Can't think of anything to really improve.

Breakfast was not included, so we went to a nearby coffee place on the corner. Room was very neat and clean. Lovely view of Mt. Hood when I woke up. It felt a little like the kids were running the house. Front desk staff didn't find my reservation right away. A little casual, but friendly and helpful.

There was a heatwave and the aircon wasn’t very strong but that’s the only fault!

Great location, large room

Bathroom way to small, no wine glasses or opener, pillows I ordered never showed up, not enough coffee condiments in room, air conditioner turned off and on every minute?

Good location, cool lobby and bar/restaurant and clean, comfortable room. Great bed and TV. Bathroom layout was funny but the water pressure was awesome. Staff were incredibly helpful with a late check-out request and storing our bags before we left.

WiFi was up and down constantly.

Breakfast was good, better than most buffets. Although we came down towards the end and some of the food was depleted.

My bed was comfortable, but a bit saggy, not bad though. Everything else was fine.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good location, healthy breakfast, green and eco-friendly.

Very soft Mattress, not healthy for the back and neck posture.
