Great location in downtown Portland, and it’s close to cheap parking garages. The room was well laid out and comfortable, and being on the 20th floor we had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, so both of us slept really well.

The bathtub drained really slowly. Like, slow enough that when taking a shower you we’re doing so with six inches of water around your ankles. After my boyfriend got out of the shower it took and additional 10 minutes for the tub to finish draining.

The sleek and modern style of the hotel as a whole was incredibly aesthetically pleasing and made it so much fun to walk around in.

I believe the only thing I didn't like about the hotel as a whole was the small scale of the rooms. They had big beautiful windows with nice views but the main room itself felt a little cramped.

The location was excellent for our planned outings. The staff we interacted with were personable and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The restaurant/bar setup needs improvement. There were long waits to get food and drink. The bartenders had to do everything and could have used more employees to help. There was no fair system for taking food and drink orders. You just waited around the bar until you got noticed.

I loved the food at the tavern, staff were really nice and understanding, but the most fun was the comfortableness of the hotel room. Great view and relaxing atmosphere. Would stay at this hotel again

Loved the hotel, the room, the location!! Very clean, very nice staff, lovely room with very nice appointment. The location was perfect for seeing the Portland Art Museum and attending a concert at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.

We entered from what we discovered was the back of the hotel. Took awhile to figure that out! A simple sign would help.

The property is centrally located, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and heritage sites. Public transportation (by train, tram and city car) are also available for destinations further away. The room was maintained as requested and the bed was very comfortable.

.Friendly staff. The Vallet parking staff was awesome. They went above and beyond. James was fantastic and needs a raise. He will be one of the main reason I will be booking at this hotel every time I come to Portland.

No coffee available in the lobby. I asked if there was coffee available in the eating area. I was told I guess not, I don't see any. They glanced, but never looked. Very disappointed..

The concierge during check out stored my groups luggage in such a way that it damaged and stained some of our items

Soft mattress. Great view from corner room. Viewing area on 23rd floor. Close to airport transit and within waking distance of most attractions. Front desk always available.

Back entrance needs navigational markers to front desk. Large stains on lamps in room. Inadequate lighting in foyer of the room. Trash bin too small. Breakfast sandwiches in lobby are sub-par for the price.

The location was great! We went to Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall for a concert and it was kiddie corner from the hotel. We were able to park our vehicle with the hotels valet and walked everywhere since everything was so close! The valet guy was super cool and really respected our vehicle!

There isn’t a mini fridge in the room which would’ve made this place even more perfect!
