Pool was cold. Room was clean beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly when we came in and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit with my son.

The air conditioner kept making a popping noise every so often. Pillows were to soft. Pool is falling apart had broken pieces of it on the floor of the pool and the water was salty. Over all we had a good stay.

The beds were great, pool and spa were greatly needed and breakfast was enjoyed as usual

I felt like over $300 for about 12 hours was overpriced. I realize that other places are a lot more, but for families that have traveled for their kid's lacross games, this is a real challenge to their budgets. Makes me think about pitching a tent out behind the motel so we can afford to continue to support our youth.

Front desk, Tamara was great! She told me what food places that were open still when we checked in at 11pm. We ordered door dash. She gave me all the details on breakfast which was great and consisted of eggs, Biscuits and gravy, cereal, donuts, juice, coffee and so much more. Great stay and will book again with them! We just stopped to sleep & get back on the road.

The breakfast was nice, including both hot and continental options. The room had a view of the mountains and was clean. The staff, especially Tamara, was wonderful and great to work with. The location is easy to find, and the room seemed quite well noise isolated, so it was quiet and peaceful. I felt we got good value for our money.

It would be nice if the pool was open later,

The room service wouldn't come into my room when I asked for service because I had a pet. Front desk told me they won't service any rooms with animals. That is ridiculous. You need to look into that.

The room had all the amenities we needed. Pleasantly clean. What surprised us mostly was the exceptional breakfast they provided. The food was very good with great variety, and a very attentive staff seeing the breakfast Services.

Overall our stay was excellent exceeded our expectations it was very comfortable and it was a perfect experience we will be recommending it

King size bed with tiny pillows!!! Probably the only negative thing to point out … but it made for uncomfortable sleep for me. Also, the wife couldn’t sleep well when she found out it was close to a cemetary. (That’s her, not me)

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and smelled clean. Pool was at the perfect temperature. Loved that it was open until 10 am.

Hallways and windows could use some TLC. Not much I didn't like.

The staff was very polite and very respectful the breakfast was awesome the bed was very comfortable

Back door where we had to go in the ice was slippery and there was trash on the ground that's the only thing we didn't like.

Was pleasantly surprised at the facility. Wasn't like other Quality Inns I had been at in the past, WAY better. Gal at front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Room was large and clean.
