Nice place in the woods, with a market next door and the employees went out of their way to help me. I arrived late because there was a fire and GPS was bad. They kept the store open so we could get something to eat. Very nice help.

The room was very small, I don't think it would be good for more than a couple days. There is really nowhere to eat that is close by. The one place that was recommended was disappointing. It had a huge flight of stairs I and my 93 year old Mom would have had to climb up and down. They told me I could bring my dogs, who ride in a stroller, but, when we got there they would not let us push them through the bar to the patio. First of all they did not acknowledge us and then told me about the stairs. The front of the place was dirty and they still had Christmas decorations up. We found a nice lodge to eat at, up the road.

We booked a room with a balcony and were pleasantly surprised to find the balcony was private, large with comfy chairs and overlooking the trees. The room was spacious and newly decorated,, with a nice table and chairs to eat at, and the large bed was attractively made up. Having been on the road for some time it was really nice to have towels and bed linen that smelt nicely home laundered and scented. The adjacent gas station and shop was useful.

The bedside lighting was good but the rest of the room was a bit stark. Another standard lamp somewhere would be good.

Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. AC works for cooling and heating of the room. Modern bathrooms with fluffy towels. The hotel is very conveniently located to Crater Lake National Park, Lake of the Woods and many further hiking options close by. Though the Highway is right in front of the hotel, traffic is sparse at night and therefore did not really bother us. The location in the woods ist very nice and relaxing, and the next door store (where Check in and Check Out Takes place) has a large variety of everyday goods you may need.

Having soap and shampoo in the bathroom would be great, as to not have to bring your own. This is only a tiny remark and we overall very much enjoyed our stay.

Super clean! Extremely comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. Updated bathroom that included a heated fan. We had the room with one double bed and one twin - the room was huge!! Closest hotel to Crater Lake. Quiet. Store has everything you may need including gas. This place is an absolute gem - highly recommend!

There is no daily housekeeping so towels are not replaced. But overall this place was so incredibly clean upon arrival it didn't need cleaning while we were there anyway.

The most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced. Clean and cozy.

We left a weighted blanket in the room when we checked out. Called when we were 2 hours down the road to have them put it aside for a family member who lives in the area to pick up. They said they couldn’t find it. Was supposed to get a call back after the cleaning staff had been contacted. Never did.

Heating and air conditioning worked well. Check-in was quick, the pre-arrival messages from the property helped us a lot.

Food options in the area limited. Get food before if you are arriving after 5pm. If you are on the downstairs floor, you can hear every single movement upstairs. Hotel location is closer to Crater Lake but honestly the price premium to save 30-40 minutes to travel to Crater Lake compared to staying in Medford or Klamath Falls isn't worth it.

Cute clean hotel in woods, close to Crater Lake and Klamath Falls. Stayed 2 nights for our visit to Crater Lake. Exceptional quiet location in the forest, had room with balcony comfortable with sitting chairs. Bed very comfortable along with soft, cozy linen and king size pillows. Large bathroom with new shower and sink. Room had many personal touches to make comfortable. Had Roku TV with multiple channel selections. Mini fridge and small coffee maker. Gas and mini grocery store on site. We were aware no restaurants nearby so we brought own food supplies to room upon arrival. Had nice group gathering area with seating out in front of hotel. Nice folder put together in room with local information, area brochures and maps. Got back route instructions from young man at check in for best route to get to Crater Lake and was about 45 minutes to south entrance of park. Did use gas on site and reasonably priced. Extremely pleasant and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to others.

We brought own food supplies to room for no other restaurants nearby, Did have 10% discount coupon for Rocky Point Resort was close by. Otherwise need to go into Klamath Falls or travel to Medford for food.

Lovely clean room with very nice furnishings, towels and bedding and lovely artwork. Balcony overlooking the woods was gorgeous. We were arriving late and got a really helpful message telling us which room we were in, where the key was and the wi-do password. We really appreciated that as it took the pressure off the drive. I really liked the bed which was big, very comfortable and had bedding more like you’d get in a private home than a hotel. Lovely fluffy towels. It was all very nice. Great bathroom and a refrigerator and microwave too.

That we didn’t have time on this trip to stay longer. It’s the most beautiful location.

Loved the clean and nicely decorated rooms---bathroom included. Just an hour drive from Crater Lake. Esther the staff member sent us clear check-in instructions by SMS text because we were arriving late; she happened to still be on site when we pulled into the parking lot, and she gave us directions to the only restaurant that was still open nearby. We appreciate her assistance.

Just a heads up: the gas station on site only dispenses 87 regular fuel. Also, the grocery store aka office only opens until 7:30pm. Moreover there seem to be less parking spots than rooms. Nothing major but useful details for trip planning nonetheless.

Perfect location for a visit to Crater Lake. We came late, but is was easy to access the room. Also, we enjoyed a very nice chat with the staff in the morning. Pricing is very reasonable.

Depending on your sleep, the nearby road might wake you up in the morning. There is no breakfast option (but the attached gas station has all you need). Upstairs rooms can only be reached by a staircase.
