Cimarron Inn Klamath Falls

The area of Klamath Falls where the hotel is located does not have the most touristic appeal, but the hotel and surrounding property are well kept and guarded. It was quiet overnight after the noise from the road nearby subsided.

There is a construction sit in front of the hotel that currently does not add to the surrounding's appeal. I hope when finished it all will look better when you drive in.

Liked the staff, the two queen beds in same room, the shower. Liked well lit walkways after dark. Liked reasonable pet fee. Good beds and pillows.

The bed spreads were not as clean as we keep ours at home.Pool advertised but of no advantage to us as we arrived after dark and the pool was outside. Our little dog agitated at every sound. Next time we will try calming pheremones.

Room was very clean and all the furniture and linens appeared new. Bathroom seems like it could be next on the list for renovation, but otherwise was very happy with our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was also in walking distance of some good restaurants and VERY close to Starbucks.

We could feel the children (or dogs?) running around in a room nearby. We also did not have a rental car which made it difficult to get to and from the train station—but that's mostly on us/Enterprise.

The room is always so clean and cozy! The fridge was already on for us and so was the heater! We really appreciated that! Also the water pressure in the shower is awesome!

The only thing that I never like is the shower curtain. No matter what way I put it there is always water that puddles a little on the floor. It's not that big of a deal but it's the only thing that is bothersome.

Good clean room, ac worked, tv, soap/ shampoo/conditioner in the shower. I checked in late and was out early the next morning, can’t speak to other amenities.

The property itself is quite quiet, however since the property is right next to the highway, there is a fair bit of road noise, last night someone with a loud car was roaring and screeching up and down the highway, I think it stopped around 1:00 am. After that it was very quiet out.

the staff were really helpful and welcoming. if you have any questions about the town or surrounding areas, they will help you to the best of their ability. the rooms are also spacious and very affordable.

The pool was empty which was a bit of a bummer.

I got in late. The taxi that met the train, brought me from the depot to the hotel was excellent and the driver even brought my bags to my door. Greatly appreciated. Check-in was easy. The room was quiet and comfortable. No breakfast was available but I was eating out with relatives so it didn't matter. This is my favorite hotel when I travel by train.

Since the fires the smoke was irritating but this is not the fault of the hotels. However hotels are booked up and have raised prices. This hurts the budget. Hopefully this will not be lasting.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room and bathroom were roomy, clean, and comfy. We appreciated having a laundry room on the premises. Also, the breakfast was very adequate with eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, toaster items, juice, and oatmeal packets. I would recommend the Cimarron Inn to anyone.

Customer service upon arrival was great! Room was warm & comfortable. Honestly, I was a little concerned about room condition due to low price, but it was a great deal!! We used cash deposit, so received immediate refund!!

The hair dryer was missing in the room and was replace within an hour. Breakfast was great even the person responsible to clean the room clean, keep food well stocked and very friendly
