We have stayed here for one night stays and it has worked out. We like the free parking, location, fair price for the area, good size room, coffee machine, comfortable bed and staff has always been great.

This hotel has a problem keeping the elevator working. This is the second time it was not working at one of our stays. I prefer to stay on the 4th floor, parking lot side because it tends to be quieter. This time we had a ground floor room due to all the luggage we brought and didn't want to lug it all up the stairs. With the noises from the parking lot, neighbors AC unit and upstairs guests, we had a challenge getting a good night's sleep. The shower head had mildew on it! And a "daddy long legs" was climbing up the wall between the queen beds. The rooms are definitely showing signs of use and age. I believe it's a different experience depending on the room you get.

Every staff member we interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and friendly, from the front counter, maintenance, and the bartender. The location right off 97 is wonderful, with the hospital and restaurants nearby. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were open from 6 am to 11 pm. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back.

Aside from only having 2 towels in a room with 2 queen beds and the chairs had stains in the seats. The place could use some TLC; shampoo the chairs in the rooms, and the hallway carpets. Mismatched and missing tiles in the hot tub, ceiling tiles were dirty and discolored.

The amenities of the room.

The difficulty locating the hotel as a traveler driving through Klamath Falls on US highway 97. The lack of a free breakfast in the hotel or the option of a special breakfast in the adjoining restaurant when the restaurant is operational. The lack of initiative by the management and staff at the reception desk to learn about and share the reasons for the closing of the attached restaurant as posted on the front door of the restaurant and the hours and special food and beverage services provided in the bar connected to the hotel for guests in the hotel during the closure period of the restaurant, including the acceptance of minors in the bar during certain hours.

We have stayed here before and like the location. The rooms are a good size, got a good price for the area, free parking, close to eateries, comfortable bed and coffee machine. We stay on the top floor, parking side and it was pretty quiet except for being able to hear AC running in next room all night.

Our stay would have been great except for the thin walls...could hear AC running all night long from next door room. The hotel does not have breakfast anymore. The rooms are showing their age.

I liked the staff. Very helpful and nice. Liked being able to use the pool and hot tub. It is nice that there is a sauna and steam room. Location was close enough to walk to several different restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

Elevator was broken the whole stay. Hot tub broke the last night we were there. No daily housekeeping service. New towels or toiletries or whatever were given upon request, at least. Would have been good to know before booking or at least before arriving.

Very nice facility and accommodations! The location was great in that you are on a main state highway and close to all types of restaurants. My room faced west, overlooking a lake. The sunset was amazing. The $10 breakfast buffet was a great value. The pre-prepared food was fresh and appetizing. Good selections. Good coffee. Good staff.

TV picture quality was poor. Interesting hiccup. The remote control for the TV in the sitting area controlled both tv's (sitting area, bedroom) at the same time. I manually turned off the bedroom tv only for it to come back on anytime I changed the channel on the sitting area tv. I had to unplug the bedroom tv, lol.

Location was convenient. Good services nearby. Easy access. Clean facility inside and out. Room was spacious, well designed and efficient. Very large facility. We were offered a top floor room which was quiet and had a good view. Near highway but still quiet.

Front desk staff not overly welcoming and restaurant was not functioning. Small sports bar not inviting. No was was there. Toilet too low.

This hotel is set on a hill overlooking the lake. The room was large with a separate sitting area with a kitchenette. Very nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool with the sauna, hot tub, and steam room.

The restaurant on the premises closed during covid so there was no food available in the building. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance, however, we drove into town for an early breakfast.

There are NO services as far as restaurant, bar, or even coffee available. The room was clean,Rooms Only and hotel lobby was in good shape. The only thing nearby for dining are a couple fast food restaurants.

After a long day on the road it is nice to have something available for food/drink at least within walking distance. I'm sure this is a CoVid related restaurant closure, and hopefully it will be back.

We arrived late due to snow in the pass. GINA was especially accommodating and helpful to us. Needed a pharmacy and she helped. We are nor familiar with Klamath Falls and appreciate her extra attention and service.

Why isn't restaurant open for breakfast? And there is room for simple continental in lobby, which is very spacious. We are over covid now! Time to bring back breakfast!
