Travelodge by Wyndham Klamath Falls

I recently had the pleasure of staying at travel lodge during my visit to klamath falls. I must say that the service provided by the hotel staff was nothing short of exceptional, making my experience truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff offering detailed information about the hotel's amenities and services. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently exceeded my expectations. The level of attentiveness and genuine care they displayed was remarkable. They were always available to assist me with any questions or requests I had, making me feel valued as a guest. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their impeccable service. My room was always spotless, and they took great care in ensuring it was well-stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other amenities. They paid attention to the smallest details, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. I also had the opportunity to utilize the concierge service, which was invaluable in helping me navigate the city and arrange transportation to various attractions. Their expertise and local knowledge were evident, as they provided insightful recommendations and assisted with making reservations. Overall, my stay at travel lodge was truly exceptional, thanks to the hotel's dedicated and professional staff. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff is available 24 hours a day if you need anything at all. They were very attentive and it was a joy to be treated like family! The bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect!

I don't know if there was a breakfast, we left before the office was open. The room was very nice and clean, and the man at check-in was friendly and helpful.

This hotel has newly remodeled rooms that are kept very clean by staff. During our stay at this Travelodge my wife and I found ourselves being surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. The manager at this location cares about his guests and it shows.

I liked the customer service most of all but the whole experience staying at the Travelodge was a great one and I recommend it to anyone looking to book a room at a motel where the stay is a comfortable one and for a great price.

Absolutely nothing!

Most aspects of the hotel were great - very clean and smokeless rooms, hot showers, comfortable beds, linens/towels, functioning TV. Rooms were nicely decorated too.

Wifi wasn't working in at least two of the rooms (or didn't reach these rooms well) that we rented even though centrally located in the hotel. (i's something management should address.) There's fine cell phone signal though so we got by but it would have been nicer with wifi.

Location was perfect midpoint stop for us on our journey from Mammoth Lakes, CA to Bend, OR. There is a very nice park with river/lake within walking distance and it was beautiful the morning we left. Mama, papa and baby geese (it was springtime!) on the shore and swimming about. We had plenty of room and appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our night there was very quiet and comfortable.

Excellent staff. Pleasant and helpful. Location is also perfect for those who like to get an idea of what downtown/old town Klamath Falls is like. Walk-able access. My short stay had no negatives.
