Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

A great place to lay your head. Nice interior, newly decorated I think. The facilities were kept clean. For some reason the room got a little hot during the night. However, I slept good.

Maybe the price. While, I got a good deal through booking.com, most of the area had overpricing on their rooms. There is a large forest fire in the area, so firefighters were staying there. Most of the hotels raised their prices to unacceptable levels. Some of these motels, some of which are less than decent and terrible rooms, had prices in the $200+ range per night. How could you do that. That's just shameful.

Fairly well appointed, the bed was a nice firmness and was very comfortable.

Shower floor/bathtub was slippery with nothing to hold on to. Recommend some sort of non-slip surface be placed.

It is a nice place. Nothing exiting here. Just a good place to rest your weary bones. Comfortable, and warm. Slept well. Quiet.

Because of Covid they are still serving selected breakfasts. It is grab and go. So, no sausages nor eggs and waffles; The pillows were just a little uncomfortable.

Well, in spire of it being full up the staff was very friendly and accommodating after a long day on the road.

The breakfast was pretty worthless, as probably can be expected.

Customer service very nice ,great breakfasts. The room was clean . All around comfortable stay.

Room with tubs don't have anything to hold on to to get out of tub.. Very clean bathroom though.

Location was good, staff was nice.

Bathroom was in disrepair, tub had consistent leak, tub had paint peeling off the sides, toilet was literally less than an inch from door so it was tight. Carpet needed better vacuuming. Ice machine was out of order too.

Dog friendly, clean dog area.

The maid service was lacking on the second day. We had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries. Bed didnt get made, coffee supplies weren't replaced. But no big deal.

close to the highway so there was a couple of sirens, and some hot rod motorcycles, but no worse than my own home

Location was on busy 4 lane highway but surprisingly quiet.

It was an older property but had been updated. The bathroom was very small.

Unfortunetly kitchen was closed because of Covid 19 so no breakfast except for some small pastry's, coffee and/or hot cocoa...very understandable. Mistakenly only reserved one day, but staff was great at accommedating us. Very friendly people manning the front desk.

Maybe offer some kind of microwavable breakfasts since there is a micro in the room and kitchen is closed. Direct TV is probably the worst TV provider, and I would suggest anything to replace it, good thing I always bring my ROKU.
