Breakfast was delicious , hot and lots of choices

I tried to check out early due to bad weather coming to mountain between airport and motel . Was refused due to using booking . Com. Notified motel clerk had to leave by Sunday am before 11 am .instead of Wednesday . Clerk refused to check me out . Would not give receipt . It was my understanding if I left early there was a fee to do so . I was charged for three nights that I did not stay . It two me two days flying to get home to Va because of storms in Salt Lake City area . I have used this facility before . I know now to book day by day . Was very disappointed in the way this was handled .

The room was spacious and felt roomy. The room smelled nice and clean. The free breakfast was really good and there was a lot of room in the eating area.

The towels were rough and maybe a fabric softener would have worked to soften them. The hotel itself, is located on a very busy street and you could hear the traffic noise all night. The room fan kept on restarting so every time you started to fall asleep, the noisy fan would come on and wake you up.

Probably the best stay we ever had if not for the Breakfast. The staff were great, the location was great, the Area was very good and we really liked the room!

The Breakfast; that really was possibly the worst! No beverage offered was to my liking. I just did not like the breakfast options! The 4 juice options were Orange Juice with Stevia, Apple Juice with Stevia, Water and Orange Juice with Stevia.

Clean hotel

#1: the room was rented for 4 adults, only to find towels for one person one chair in the room 2coffee cups #2: The room was so noisy the have kids above us running around, when I called the front desk I was told to put up with it #3: I tried to modify the room by calling the hotel directly because the other two adults got sick was told to modify it through your website and there was no way to modify it. When I asked if I canceled the room and down grade to one bed I was told that would be the same rate as for people for four. I felt I was thoroughly cheated. This was very expensive accommodation and the most uncomfortable place I ever stayed at.

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24/7. Close to ice cream parlor and other restaurants/shopping.

Price was a bit on the upper end of the spectrum for a 2 star. Not sure I'd feel real safe walking around after dark. Although that could be simply due to the fact I am not familiar with this area.

The potential $300 cleaning fee is outrageous. This is Klamath Falls, not Las Vegas, L.A., or even Reno. While effective to deter the local imbeciles and neer-do-wells, its a turn-off to those passing through as what constitutes triggering a hefty cleaning fee is unclear.

Very comfortable king bed, many pillow choices. Extra room, small dining table, computer desk. sofa. Friendly house "head" Dana. Breakfast was nice, had a designated person serving you, felt safe. Tables lobby open if you wanted to sit there. Good location for access to Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, restaurants etc.

mini fridge not a freezer compartment which is important for me to travel. Sofa bed pull out very uncomfortable, mattress too thin and bedding was wrong at first, closet had twin size but it was a Queen pull out. They had room to place a comfy sitting chair in corner. I guess they remodeled not long ago. Air conditioner seemed to be struggling with its settings! So I finally just left it on full. It was over 90F. POOL was NOT open, aargh. Not because of Covid, should have been open. Why decide to paint now?? During heat wave.

Comfortable and clean.

Quite noisy. The pool noise seemed to funnel up to our room. Other guests too boisterous I'm the hall. Busy road, lots of noisy vehicles. Although it seemed to quiet down after 11PM. A fan on low would have helped din the noise. But, the fan always went back to auto.

This facility was very COVID aware especially during breakfast. They took the "serve yourself" service away and had a staff person there to help serve up your food thus trying to keep the area as sanitary as possible. I really appreciated this. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

We had a hard time getting the room cooled off to sleep even with the heat turned down all the way. I didn't love the spring loaded door on the bathroom either.

the regular beds and the room overall was very nice. the lady working on Saturday day shift went above and beyond by putting ice melt over the whole parking lot.
