everything was clean and great in the room. the lobby had had an incident that left a bad smell but the staff were responding quickly to resolve it. we were disappointed that the pool was being renovated and didn’t know that until we arrived.

The pool was under renovation and we were not aware of that until we arrived to check in.

The dinner restaurant was amazing. For the first time at a hotel we received a breakfast coupon and could order breakfast off the menu and either eat downstairs or pick it up and bring it back to the room. The facilities were easy to navigate and unload luggage with access straight to the elevator. My husband and I were very impressed by this hotel. I also was impressed by their hours of amenities. Early breakfast times for early risers.

Property has recently been remodeled. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. And the king size bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived Sunday evening, we were hungry and looking forward to sitting down at the restaurant. But sadly discovered the restaurant is closed on Sundays. After checking in, we left the property for dinner. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was for the restaurant located on the premises.

The lady at the front desk was very personable and nice. She saw that I reserved a king size bed and noticed my son with my husband and I. She asked if we would rather have a room with 2 queen beds instead and switched our room for us. The gym was great too. And the warm pool.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no hot tub anymore.

Breakfast was excellent,as was dinner the night before. Building appears relatively new and is squeaky clean. Great location near I-5. The staff was very helpful.

Room was on the small side and the shower and toilet are separated from the vanity and sink.

Plenty of car parking space. Close to major roads and main streets to get access in Salem or beyond. Great food in restaurant at reasonable prices. Great service at front desk and in restaurant. Room spacious, quiet and comfortable. Everywhere clean. Laundry facilities available for guests.

Clean comfortable and convenient location.

The restaurant was very expensive and low quality food. Ordered the steak fajitas for $24. Loaded with onions and peppers but only 5-6 small pieces of a very tough cut of meat. Next time I'll hit the McDonald's across the street.

The room was well lit, had both usb and electrical outlets easily accessible, and the bed was comfy! Breakfast was surprising. I expected a buffet, but we ordered off a menu instead.

Can't think of a thing!

The room was normal size - not real large - but the king-sized bed and comfort more than made up for that. The breakfast meals we added when we booked were fine. A bit surprised that milk as a beverage choice was not included in the price though. All staff from check in to breakfast service were exceptional and very accommodating.

Pillows uncomfortable. A little difficult to get the room temperature pleasant. '
