The manager was helpful and has great customer service skills and the employees as well, they work with you and are understanding and respectful they are great people I very much appreciate them there. thank you guys!

Breakfast isn’t much to choose from definitely could use some more options of food an drinks for breakfast. There perks could offer more deals at a member on there website as a loyal guest this could be improved a bit.

There were some visible ant issues and the light fixture in the kitchen had a dead moth in it and the toilet seat was extremely loose (the seat and lid both) there was no plug for the bath to be able to take a bath..only a shower. The to go breakfast for free is very limited. The staff was amazing though and housekeepers friendly while passing

I have stayed here at other times. I have NEVER had a bed in any of these rooms be comfortable. They KILL my back. They need new beds and why do NO hotels put waterproof covers on their mattresses- cost? It is worth the cost to save a mattress from any type of accidents. The rooms are fine- you need to paint them better colors- they are dark and depressing and seem very old. I think some of the rooms are updated and the colors are better.

I didn't like my bed wasn't fully made, and there was someone elses blood on one of the pillowcases. Staff did replace them very fast. The recliner in the room was ripped all over and it was broken- staff did come to my room, check it and agree and replaced it for me the next day- a Godsend as I am handicapped and need to put my feet and knees up.

I liked everything! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the location, it’s close to both freeways heading South or North, it’s also close to grocery stores among other places. I have no complaints!

Bathroom fan very loud. No separate switch to turn it on and off. Toilet paper holder not functional.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near the freeways and grocery stores. The room is a nice size and was clean when I arrived. Over all area and hotel was great!

Convenient to stores, restaurants, freeways. Nice quiet property. Good laundry facilities. Uses coins or credit card. Nice desk staff. Gave me lots of coffee packets and tea and tissues.

Rooms seem dark and somewhat dated. No cooking utensils. Just a knife, fork and teaspoon. Broken cabinet in kitchen with door hanging off. Door didn’t close properly. Safety latch half way out.

The staff were very friendly & professional.. they were able to help me out with borrowing a toaster...at no extra cost.

Staff was great and very accommodating we checked in late last night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable :) slept like a baby
