this used to be the Phoenix in and is currently being transformed to the best western plus. They have completely redone everything! All the bedrooms have brand, new furniture, brand, new flooring, which is wood, not carpet, which I love for sanitary reasons! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is wonderful for walking our dog, getting a great meal at the Oswego Grille, Trader Joe’s is down the street, and the freeway is easily accessible. 

The only reason I gave it a nine instead of a 10 was because the breakfast wasn’t really great. I think they are just getting going, so I’m certain it will improve in the future.

We normally book at this location. There is a gas station within walking distance and other amenities nearby.

The staff seemed bothered or annoyed most of our stay. There weren't many options for breakfast. There were also doing construction during our stay. My daughter ended up getting sick and napped during the day and there were loud construction noises (banging, and cutting machines) in the room right next to us. We can physically see the wall moving from where they were remodeling the room next to us.

The first Morning breakfast selection was picked over and there was very little selection. I made a comment about it to one of the staff people and they made sure that the breakfast selection was full and available on Sunday morning and I appreciated that.

I like good quality of the property. It was nice because they are doing renovation to the office Silletti and is going to be a different name and I like it

what I don’t like from the property good question I don’t like it this the sofa it was sofa and I was thinking it was sofa bed and I was having issues trying to put one of my family members and the couch. She was not able to sleep very well because she sleep in the couch, I hope so. Next time they have it a sofa bed.

I loved the whole experience from check in, Morning greetings and breakfast had a great selection! Rooms were very clean and hotel was conveniently near the freeway and places I needed to travel to!

Short staffed the day after we checked in and went down for breakfast. The attendant did her very best but did have to wait for over an hour to wait for food to be replenished.

Breakfast was good it had eggs The staff were very friendly. Everything was clean. Our room did not have carpet, which was great. The beds were comfortable, furnishings and decorations were nice

our room was freshly remodeled, and that made us feel comfortable. No dog smell in the room.

we had two room joining each other on the second floor. we also had a disabled person. the elevator broke and while they offered to switch his room to the first floor we would have been not together anymore. reason to be next to each other was to help him. not end of the earth but no elevator made for some tricky stairs.

The breakfast had great choices. The Family suite was so spacious and we love that there were hard wood floors and no carpet.

The refrigerator didn't keep the food that cold. Being a family suite I felt like the stock of towels and toilet paper should reflect the amount of people staying in the room.

Just off I5. Easy parking. Good price. Extensively renovated as it transitions to a Best Western facility. Good breakfast. Coffee in lobby and in room. Quiet despite proximity to I5. Spacious, well appointed rooms showing some wear although mostly renovated.

A few minor rough edges as the facility changes its branding to Best Western.

Great staff, good breakfast, easy parking, walking distance to restuarants in a nice neighborhood.

We had to request a room change as we were next to the elevator. Took a bit of discussion, but we were accommodated.
