Breakfast was good, the beds were comfy and the staff was great. We had changed nights, but booking.com had not let them know, so we looked like a no show the night before, but after a few calls and my confirmation, they were able to accommodate us. Very friendly and said that they were going to make it work and not to worry.

Staff was exceptional. Nice breakfast spread. Staff was very attentive to any needs or request. Definitely will return and highly recommend this hotel.

Would of been nice if pool hours were open earlier & later. Especially on weekend. Maybe revamp TV channels. To many channels that are not viewable. Maybe make only viewable channels available. Eliminate all channels that are not available. To many channels that can't be viewed. To confusing.

The room was clean and designed to maximize the space with clever storage, and very nice use of shelves and furniture with smart contours for even more store-space. Clean and newly renovated. Fridge and Microwave, nice size TV. The lobby area where breakfast is served was spacious and colorful. Very vibrant colors and well-decorated for this holiday season as well.

The halls leading up to the rooms on the floors were quite dingy looking and could use a good deep cleaning to get some of the foot-traffic stains removed. Two elevators were available, only one was in-service. Lucky there were a limited amount of guests in the hotel during our stay, but I can see how troubling that could be if it were near full-capacity.

i’ll be honest. I really like that. It’s not in some hotel plaza. It is out-of-the-way in an industrial park. Kind of like its own exclusive geographic. for the price, the place was decent and comfortable.

place could’ve been cleaner. The room was clean, but the hallways and elevator could’ve been cleaner.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Elevator was broken, but communication was sent out ahead of time so we were prepared. Breakfast was easy and good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Over all we were happy with our stay

There wasn’t much to complain about. Due to the elector being broken, all guest were on lower floors. This made the noise volume a little higher. But it was much better than having to climb extra steps with a toddler and all our bags.

I was very impressed! Seemed out of the way from the highway, but more than made up for it in cleanliness and the breakfast- very impressed!

I dont have any reccomendations when you look at the price paid vs the quiality.

slightly priced lower than other hotels in the area but a little higher than the bargain hotels. Price did not match expectations as expectations were exceeded. one of the better hotel breakfast that I've ever had.

The breakfeast was really good. The room was very nice. It was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was nice when we checked in. The room had enough space for the three of us. It's one of the nicest hotels i've been to.

The curtain had some stains on it, thats the only bad thing, otherwise, it's great!

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious. I request them to put me close to my family n the did. Staff was great

Room was very clean and modern. Our bathtub drain was backed up and allowed only one of our three guests to shower. In addition there was only one towel and we needed to leave early. We did not choose to use another room to shower since it was critical for us to get an early start.

No ice or vending machines.
