what I dod not like was no housekeeping during my week stay I was told I would have to stay 2 weeks in order to get clean towels and clean bedding and if I can not wait two weeks I will need to pay an extra charge to receive clean towels and bedding within my week stay. I’m here for work I’m a traveling nurse. I was also told I could go buy on own bedding and towels. and I’m paying 450 a week.

Breakfast, nor any other meal, was not made available. The bed frame was an unconventional metal frame and was uncomfortably high (I had to crawl in and out of it. Otherwise the room and amenities were pleasant and comfortable. The room deposit fee was higher than that which quoted on Booking.com and U have not heard from the facility about return of the deposit fee although I checked out early.

As I previously mentioned the bed was not a conventional bed frame and was ‘much’ higher than a conventional room/hotel bed, requiring me to ‘climb’ in and out of bed. I was also charged a deposit fee double the deposit quoted by Booking.com

Value, Comfort, and Cleanliness was good. I felt safe in the area. No issues with staff or other patrons. We used this as a night stop to stay at. Not bad.

We checked in at 9PM and left early morning. This was a quick nightly stay for a shower and a bed. The staff was friendly and nice. The only thing that could have been better were the comfort of the beds, but that didn't even bother my wife and I that much.

It was very accommodating. We had 2 rooms. Having cabinet space and a full size refrigerator makes for an easy weekend especially with 4 kids and a husband.

I didn’t like that the bed in the Queen room is up against the wall so there is only one way on and off. For 2 people. Very inconvenient. No mirror in the room which is odd. I wish they offered continental breakfast or even at least milk for the coffee instead of just powdered cream.

I've been accused of stealing a towel. I've never taken anything that wasn't mine. I don't steal! This happened after I complained about a charge. Also, they charged twice as much for deposit as stated on Booking.com

The location ,cleanliness, price point

They don't give you housekeeping even if you stay more than 2 days You have to bring your dirty sheets up and towels and they give you some at the front desk but you have to put them on yourself

the staff was friendly and helpful..!! very nice people

the only thing me and my friends didn’t like was the noise..! there’s was people talking extremely loud, slamming the doors and sometimes yelling. the need to do something about that. other than that everything was good.

Convenient, room comfortable, liked the kitchenette. That came in handy and also laundry facility. And of course you can have your pets.

Nothing, to complain about.

Everything was wonderful. The young lady who checked me in was very sweet and helpful You need keycard access to get to the rooms which made us feel safe

Great location, facility is secure, clean, staff professional, technology current, I checked-in/paid using my phone!! Kitchen area is excellent, save $$ & eat healthier by prepn your own meals!!

WiFi service is Slooooow, located off a major highway & traffic noise/honks loud. Bathroom, sink faucet no hot water, weird cuz kitchen sink water is hot & so is shower?!!? Overall I give this a solid 4Stars!!
