Comfort Inn Meadowlands

The room was great! The man that checked us in was polite. My husband really enjoyed the breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised that it even had options for me in the morning as I am very picky and have to watch what I eat due to stomach issues.

The ONLY thing I can even say that I did not like, was this site said there was smoking rooms available (which I know is RARE anymore and understand that) but it is a smoke free facility. The guy that checked us in informed us, and my reservation immediately changed right after I booked it and I was confused. But that had absolutely nothing to do with the quality of our stay, just mildly less convenient

Breakfast was great, the vibe of the staff was excellent and were there to help us with anything we needed. It was a great place for my first time ever on a hotel . We will definatly be back soon

The elevators were not cleaned from the time we arrived till the time we left there was handprints on the metal that were still there when we departed. Room cleaning services didn't not come in and clean our room at all we had to ask for towels and cups for our room.

we loved that the room had a hot tub. That was the main reason we booked this room. The staff was friendly. The shower was nice, roomy, and hot. Definitely a good price for the room and for having a hot tub. We didnt use the pool or the exercise room but they looked nice.

the room was a little outdated. I believe having a hot tub in the room makes the humidity do a little damage to the wallpaper and walls. There were no washcloths and our room didnt have a hair dryer. One of our towels had stains on it. We went to breakfast pretty late around 10:15 and it ends at 11 so there were no more breakfast sandwiches left, but this didnt really bother us either. Get there early for the most selection. We probably could have asked the staff for more, but didnt. This did not impact our stay we mainly wanted a comfy bed and of course to use the hot tub. Those were wonderful. The shower was also nice. The little disappointments were not enough to hurt our stay.

The breakfast was great, perfect amount of selections. Our room had a hot tub which was our main reason for booking this location, it was exactly what we wanted. Staff was super friendly too.

Nothing to complain about, we travel a lot and stay in many different hotels but this one was pretty good

Loved everything!!! Was clean pool was open finally and staff is always willing to help us with any need we may have I recommend this to all my family and friend when they just need a weekend alone !!! Great location !!!!

The WiFi doesn’t work for my laptop or our game they have ether net hook ups that don’t work so with my laptop and game the WiFi just isn’t enough to use the things we like to watch or play . Even if it was an extra fee …. We would’ve paid it just to have the internet

The hot tub was the best as well as the immediate accomodations. Rooms very clean

At first a family with 3 children were put in the room next door to us, but they were banging the doors, in and out, playing music with their room door open. Even at volume 50 in our room we still heard them felt them every time their kids (seemed like they were jumping off the bed into the walls) ran up and down the hallway and were washing pots and pans in the tub as well as frying chicken on a hot plate. It was 11 pm and that family were still making all kind of noise. The actual Comfort Inn was fine by our third call down they switched our room to the third floor right above them same style hot tub suite. Very Quiet and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The lobby was well kept, room was very clean. Elevator was fast. The whirlpool tub was great in my room, as well as the bathroom tub. Plenty of towels for two people. Breakfast had a lot of options especially for Covid. Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, milk, three kinds of fruit juices, muffins, danishes, waffles, yogurts, as well as coffee and tea.

There isn't too much that could have been improved.

The gentleman at the front desk checking us in was more than friendly. He was super pleasant and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hot tub in the room made for the perfect extra.

Location was great! Quick access to outlets and casino! Hot tub room was amazing! Breakfast was not very good but may be due to covid. Overall great value!

Breakfast was not great. Very limited options! Need to put plug in hot tub or else you’ll get woken with noises when other tubs in hotel are drained.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the room and the bed was comfortable.

The curtains didn’t cover the whole window so the room didn’t get completely dark. The lights from the outside businesses shined in. We had issues with our room keys working to get in the room.
