Hampton Inn Washington

This hotel was very clean and had a great variety of choices for the breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable and the staff member who checked us in and out (Justin) was extremely helpful.Unfortunately I forgot a jacket in the closet on checkout...I was a couple of hours drive north before discovering it missing. The manager Madonna took the time to mail it to me in Canada which was much appreciated.

Location was right off the turnpike. There were several restaurants close by as well as shopping malls. The breakfast was great! Tons of variety from toast to omelets. Also appreciated a noon checkout instead of usual 11:00 a.m.

Checked in by an employee that was not very friendly or welcoming. A visit to that desk twice afterward was totally different. Two different employees were friendly and efficient.

Friendly staff. Nice room with a pretty comfortable bed. An affordable place to stay with places to go and shop nearby. Also, a nice breakfast.

This is minuet but we arrived back late from a concert in Pittsburgh and the front door was locked. We weren't notified that the doors locked at a certain time.

We found the hotel to be exactly what we needed after a very tiring day on the road. There was lots of room and a comfortable bed. There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant right next door that we could walk to.

I don’t like showers that operate within a bath tub. you have to be very careful to avoid losing your balance even though there is a bar to hold onto. There was no mat to place in the tub to avoid slipping

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The room was a nice size with plenty of space. The bathroom was very clean with the usual amentities.

There wasn't enough parking. There was a restaraunt next to hotel that was closed for the evening when I arrived. I had to park in the restaraunt's parking lot.

Stayed in newly renovated room. (Renovations ongoing elsewhere in building). Very clean, well designed space. Finally a room with wall hooks for jackets, purse, etc.! I wish all hotel rooms had wall/coat hooks. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

Hot breakfast is back! Egg-ish material, sausage, potatoes, and waffles - the usual. It was as good as usual. Also ran later than most - 6-10 am on a Sunday.

I didn't get my Hilton points because I booked at a third party. I will started checking the hotel site and booking with them from now on.

Room was comfortable and happy to see a hot breakfast and a good variety of options.

No fridge in room. Guess I've never been in a room without one. Will need to check in future to book room with this option as we needed it.

Friendly staff, good location, clean. great breakfast!

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, so we could not keep anything cold, or cook any food. Also would be nice to have sofa or sofa bed so child does not have to sleep on the floor.
