Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Washington Meadow Lands

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Tim, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He remembered my name whenever I saw him and offered useful information with each encounter. Same is true of the Cafe Bistro barista. She seemed very experienced and was delightful in every way. The hotel staff, in general, was friendly and helpful, which greatly influenced our perception of the property overall.

The things I didn’t like were relatively few. I was surprised that cleaning staff did not make up beds during our three-day stay, even though we left a tip each day, but I assume COVID is a factor in that regard still. The porcelain sink in our bathroom was cracked and, therefore, was an unpleasant visual distraction, which made the space seem older and in need of repair. Also, the mini fridge was not mounted securely so it moved around wildly when we opened the refrigerator door. Again, these were relatively minor concerns considering our positive experience otherwise.

Good value out of the cluster of hotels near there. This one has a little bit more of a luxury feel to it at reasonable price, it's rated 3 star but the lobby feel, rooms, and amenities is closer to a basic level 4 star(not a high end 4 star, but much better than most 3 star hotels), as nice as three star hotels go. One of the other hotels I stayed at on a previous trip to the area was old and run down and smelled bad, sorta sketchy at a similar price, though not this one, this one was good and reasonable price. And it's got a decent bar, not a crazy huge selection of liquors or foods, though the food I got was good, and nice atmosphere if you like a low key feel.

We booked b/c of access to hot tub, which was closed upon arrival. Turns out someone thought it would be funny to add SHAMPOO. Logan kindly reduced our rate, and assured hot tub would be open in the morning, which it was, and we had time to enjoy it before we left

Meager breakfast on weekdays, but the employee was kind to grab a few things for me. Hot water ( I brought my own teabags ) and two apple juices. I grabbed a coffee for my husband and 2 muffins. There were bagels but no cream cheese or butter, and no toaster or microwave to warm them up. We love breakfast when we travel.

The heater was very loud and pulsed with the noise. We only stayed one night so just turned it off and pulled the covers from the other bed. We told them about it at check out and they gave us some money back and large coffees. I was very impressed. Great customer service. We always like a nice breakfast and you were required to purchase there.

Tim the hotel manager was exceptional. He was extremely accommodating, friendly, happy to guide my guest and I towards dining and drinks and even gave us a recommendation on a taxi service. Tim is a great asset to your hotel and gives me a great reason to book again and return!

Hotel was super comfortable, and nice; very clean and good place, beds were comfortable; above all, the staff were really excellent

Breakfast choices could have been better; there were only two to three starbucks breakfast choices.

Great staff, the Manager put me in a great room with a great view, and also an excellent job by the property's maintenance engineer who made sure 2 of the issues i had with my tv guide plus a sink were fixed immediately, thx alot!

Clean room and long hours for the pool make as very happy . The location also fantastic near the Mall .

Breakfast was very very basic. No longer the usual breakfast that a hotel offer in the past .

They are very friendly and accommodating. Always making sure you have what you need or want.
