Wind Creek Bethlehem

This hotel is an architectural marvel. The lobby was a wonder! All of the the amenities, fitness room, pool, are well maintained and new. However, if you happen to observe a plant based diet, you are out of luck! The hotel only offers food in room service. There is no restaurant in the hotel. So if you want to go out to eat, you must venture off to the casino, or the food court. I am sure most of their clients have no problem with this, but for us, breakfast was taken in downtown Bethlehem.

The rooms were great, the TV was nice. The casino was really nice I loved the food court they had a nice selection. The kids zone was the dopest part of the casino for me(Darnell) my wife vibes on the games in the Casino.

It was difficult to find things to do outside the facility and they needed more outlet stores. The things for the kids were closed on Saturday, it was the labor day holiday weekend and also my son and I Birthday weekend.

It’s a neat location with views of the river and steelworks. We had a nice reception upon arrival. We were given two free drink vouchers at the hotel lobby bar, Mixx. Drinks were great and a really nice spot. The room we had was lovely, clean updated and comfortable. The casino was nice too, a good amount of slots and the layout is good, easy to get from one side to the other.

Staff was amazing. Front desk so helpful and kind. Had the accessible room ready when we got there at noon, which was so helpful. Elsie at Rewards desk was so very sweet and fun. All security officers were kind and welcoming. Band that played Sat night (Until Sunrise, I think) Was awesome, although the club needed a spruce up (broken Chair leather etc)

Could have been a little less expensive for a casino room. Urban Table host/manager, got a little annoyed when we asked for a low table due to my aunt being disabled and couldnt get on a high top chair.. She said we didnt mention that when making the open table reservation days earlier. Didn't know we could. The restaurant was not crowded when we went

Beautiful new lobby and hotel bar. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and provided robes, slippers, water bottles in the fridge. There were no glasses in the room. Only Styrofoam cups were provided for coffee. We called room service and had two wine glasses delivered. They were quick to reply and glasses were still warm from being sanitized.

No complaints.

Room was clean and smelled fresh. Quiet place to relax Definitley an upgrade of what was before...

Could not locate any bottled water to drink, need to go down to the outlets to purchase...coke machines were empty of water...

We stayed here the year before for another graduation ceremony. Unfortunately the resort is still under massive construction. They have opened up a good amount of the areas Since Covid this is not a resort by any means. The spa just looks like a lower end nail salon. The pool is not some thing I would hang out at it looks like it was an afterthought. Basically you’re going for the room and if you gamble downstairs. Food options are limited mostly junk.

Would like more healthier options for food. They seriously need to redo the pool. It just seems that this is another corporate hotel that needs an Severe update.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. All needed amenities. Great location.

Room was not available on arrival and we weren't notified when it was ready. Had to revisit check in. As an older traveler, I felt unsteady using shower (slippery and swinging shower door). TV would cut out periodically.

Lobby is impressive. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Mixx is a great cocktail lounge. Chop House is a very good restauurant. Food court restaurants were good. Ample free parking. Rooms well appointed, quiet and clean. Common sreas clean and well maintained.

Prices in food court sre a little high.

Room was fresh, Wi Fi access has been improved, easier to use... The free drink option on the slot machines is a bonus...

The outlet mall needs more stores. Pretty empty and depressing Zero security in the hallways from the empty outlet mall to the hotel
