said free Wi-Fi, but had to sign up for honor guest to get it. went to front desk, asked about it. It wasn’t until then that she gave me a code to put in. we stayed 2 nights. our 2nd night there, I could not get Wi-Fi. putting the pass Code in again, would not work. For the cost of the hotel Wi-Fi should not of been that much trouble. the height of the bed, the tub and shower were designed for tall people. I’m 5’ tall, not easy getting into bed. the shower head was so high up, no way of changing shower head, how water came out.

Checked in late and was not a problem and quick. Clean Room. Basic. One night stay. Would stay again. Breakfast was very good. Good selections. Appreciated how clean everything was. She was constantly cleaning up and refilling things. Could have used more table seating.

Room coffee maker was broken and window blind.. If we were staying longer then one night I would have brought it up but really not that big of a deal. Forgot special request of extra pillows. Could have 2 more towels. Small things really.

Convenient and lovely. Was our puppy’s first visit to a hotel ever. He loved watching tv on the bed. He loved roaming around the parking lot and he especially liked going out through the automated doors. But his absolute favorite was the bacon and eggs we let him try in the room. Great. Happiest for us is that he only barked twice and never had an accident.

Nothing

Clean, spacious room. Clean bathroom with amenities. I especially like the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower/tub. The lobby area was spacious and inviting.

There was a hot beverage service in the lobby, but none in the breakfast area. You had to go out to the lobby to get your coffee. I thought that was odd. Once I had my breakfast prepared, I had to leave it on the table to go to the li by for my coffee.

Breakfast offered good choices. I was relieved to find the weather channel on the TV instead of being subjected to Fox News as we had been during our stay in May. The location is just perfect for our needs when we visit the area. Thank you for providing pleasing, comfortable accommodations.

The air quality in the room was less good than previous stays.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and fully loaded. Great breakfast and coffee. Outstanding location. Everything you need outside the hotel is right there. I had my car break down in the parking spot at the hotel. Firestone just up the road saved my day and my trip. There is a gas station, convenience store and a Diner (248) right across the street where I had lunch with my family. It was a terrific stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Hampton Inn if you are looking for a good hotel in Easton.

Breakfast close to our destination

Did not like fact that our checkout time was at 11 and when we got back from breakfast at 930 they were already cleaning our room out. We were there one night, they should have waited until we actually checked out. I feel like we got pushed out early and we did not get there until late.

I liked the room.. the bed was actually comfortable. I didn't leave with a aching back.

We did no like the breakfast. It was very poor. Flavor and choices were minimal. And it tasted like the cheapest quality food that you all could find. I am referring to the hot food only.. the eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches. If you're going to include the breakfast in the cost, it has to be a little better. It didn't ruin the stay, but it was not worth the cost. And I don't mean you all have to get the most expensive food, but a nice middle of the road would be good. It just seemed like I was eating a bunch of cheep, microwave food. The waffles, juice, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, were all excellent, but those that I mentioned before, were not.

Breakfast was ok, we have a gluten sensitive family member and there are never enough options. The woman working the breakfast area earns her keep, she's a hard worker and friendly! I love the amount of hooks in the room where you can hang wet items, one thing I always need and you had it! Front desk was always friendly whether coming in or leaving, we were always greeted.

The A/C was never cooling enough, which we reported when we left our stay.

Location great for our travel plans, clean hotel, friendly staff but a super hotel for our dogs. We had a room near an outside exit to grass and the front desks handed out dog biscuits. Very nice stay, wish the other Hampton Inns in Virginia and other states would offer a few dog friendly rooms like this one on the first floor.

Quality of toilet paper could be a better grade. Wi-fi was weak on larger devices at times.
