Location to the airport and ease of access to highways was perfect. All the staff was fantastic. I like the room design that has a living room and bedroom separation element and that a mini-fridge and microwave are automatically included. Plenty of parking which did come at a day rate of $20 but it was relatively inexpensive. Also I like the design of the interior with the glass elevators, plants, etc. that is pretty consistent with Embassy Suites branded hotels.

Some of the furniture and fixtures were a little worn. For example a chair with scratches and the shower curtain rod & rings. Everything was clean and nothing terribly wrong, just noticeable wear and tear in places.

Quick easy check in and out. Did receive water ( and chocolate) at checking but water was warm - but still ok.

One of the door keys did not work but only needed one. Breakfast cook to order location not clearly marked. Depending on how you walked in, you may not see it. Buffet eggs and potatoes were cold. Unclear where to drop off dishes or leave on table? Asked an attendant and got a rude answer. We are not a restaurant were a hotel and pointed to the trash bin and just leave your plate on a counter or table. One of the reasons I pick hotels is for a hassle free breakfast when in a new area.

We were able to check in early, however our bathroom was not clean. I spoke with the Manager on site and she was more than happy and accommodating to help my family to move to a new room as well as made us feel that this was not acceptable and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The entire staff had flawless service when it came down to making us feel safe and got into another room. We had small children that wanted to settle down go to the pool and maybe watch some movies, the manager made the children also enjoy wanting to be moved to a new room.

The breakfast included was one of the most generous & complete of any other place we have stayed. Best was a chef cooking omelets made to order; haven’t seen that in a very long time. Lots of seating spread out over the common area and nicely “landscaped “ indoors. Really nice shuttle driver who took us to the airport. Very comfortable King bed.

This property probably hasn’t been updated in awhile. Furniture in our room was tattered (torn upholstery on chair).

The room was nice wasn’t sure if it was cleaned based on minor stuff. It was out of soap, shampoo and had a stain on the sheets and headboard. The pool was full but fun. The breakfast was ok. I like that it wasn’t continental. It was only one staff working so they couldn’t get items refilled fast enough or the tables cleaned. They gave out free drinks the first night of check in they were good. All the staff were friendly. I would stay again.

This was quite the property back in the day, but it is showing it's age. You get the feeling that a major renovation will be needed in a few years so why put any money into things that will be replaced entirely? Having said that, the bed was good, the AC blew cold, and the shower and bathroom were great. The real difference here is the staff. From the shuttle driver to reception to breakfast, management has assembled a great team of people.

Breakfast was really good and all of the staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was clean and we were in a very quiet secluded area which we enjoyed.

I did not like that parking was hit or miss. Sometimes there were spots available and some times there weren't any spots available. Room was nice but because the hotel was booked to capacity they were running out of linen and towels and pillow cases.

We just fly in in the late Afternoon and took the shuttle from the Airport Room was proper and spacy Food/Snacks from the Bar downstairs was affordable and the Quality OK The next day we went by feet to the Train and entered the city after a great day in Philly we pick up our stuff and took the Shuttle to the Airport and fly home to Europe Even beside teh Airport ... soooo quiet great!

The beds are very small and when you still love your wife and you share one of those two beds you have to take care that no one get lost ;-)

The staff were very nice very helpful and understanding great place to stay very comfortable Parking was great and very convenient to get to your car loved the morning breakfast the dining area was very comfortable

I did not dislike anything just wish the pool was open Everything else was great you guys are doing a great job running your hotel Keep up the great work guys I would recommend people to come here to stay

Complimentary hot breakfast, happy hour drinks, pool, friendly staff, and suite rooms with separate bedroom which was nice for our family since we have a newborn and our older son could have his own space.

I did not like that we had to pay for parking given we are guests staying at the hotel. That factor alone almost made me want to not book again with this hotel.
