I loved mostly the shuttle driver the lady that drove me to the airport she was so nice and polite i loved everything the location the starbuck the lounge the fitness ,the only thing i despised was they put me on the 11 floor other guest was making they kids so much noise at 2 am and i could not rest not mention the cry of dogs for that kinda money i should been treated better then that the houskeeper dint bother to even knock and ask if i need anything plus the garbage not changed for that u need to catch one of them on the floor and ask for toiletry or towels the lights in the room was flickering and basically was that ...oh yea no room service ... for a Marriot and again is not a cheap hotel and was not refundable .

The service was wonderful. I booked at the last minute as my flight was delayed and the hotel confirmed my midnight checkin and gave me detailed instructions about the shuttle. The shuttle was really easy and the drivers were wonderful (great soundtracks). Same for the lady at the welcome desk. Bed was comfy, everything worked - I was given a room on the 12th floor, I was able to get a 6am shuttle back for my next flight. It was exactly what I hoped for and I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a madhouse when I arrived, but staff handled it beautifully. Interesting layout.

No microwave. Shuttle sounded convenient: no registration, but too many people showed for early flights and a few were left behind until the driver could return. The pantry and the market were closed. The restaurant didn’t open until 4:30. So, I was lucky for the snacks I brought but didn’t want. Bleak breakfast options were available in a case to be paid for at the front desk…….nothing for a lunch.

Clean, good people and a nice place.. no issues at all with the hotel itself, it was great!!

Parking fees are a bit much, if you are staying at the hotel parking for 1 car should be free.. I could see charging if you are storing your car for a flight.. but it seems overkill I stayed 2 nights and was charged 86.00 ?? I dont get that?? makes no sense.. it was supposed to be 18.00 a day.. they charged me for coming in and leaving which were both half days.

The staff was exceptional. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where the staff was as friendly and accomodating. The entire, beautifully designed hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Delta Hotel.

The restaurant staff was very pleasant, but somewhat disorganized. It took a long time for someone to come to take our order and quite a while for our food to be served. The food was delicious, though and the friendliness of the staff made up for the delay.

The room was well appointed and quiet. The bed was very comfortable

Had to wait about 40 minutes for the hotel shuttle van to pick us up at the terminal. There seemed to be a mis communication between the front desk and the driver. Front desk told us that we should expect the van in about 20 minutes after we asked for a pick up. When we checked in the front desk man said that the shuttle ran on the hour and half hour-a different story. Why not everyone on the same page? When we checked out at 5:00 am the two staff at the front desk did not acknowledge our presence. No "How was your stay?" or "Did you find everything to your liking?" They simply motioned to the key drop box and focused on whatever they were doing on one of their terminals. Not very professional.

I was pleased about everything. The staff was professional and kind. The room was beautiful, as was the reception area, architecture, and the huge lounge! Every area that I accessed smelled fresh, also. The shuttle driver was also very helpful and friendly! I will definitely stay there again!

The only drawback was no room service, but the market and restaurant were easily accessible with good operational hours

I didn't like the fact that there was a drawer of dirty clothes which I asked to be picked up to no avail. Also the lotion left in the room was open. No one asked if the room needed to be cleaned or if we needed extra towels or garbage to be taken out. There was breakfast but it was quite costly.

T, the airport shuttle driver, who picked me up, was friendly and professional. The same can be said if the desk clerk and hotel bar/restaurant staff. I had a Tinicum salad and it was delicious. I used the well-appointed workout facility in the morning after a quiet and comfortable sleep on pillows I want for my home.

The room was clean save for the room’s carpet.

Location, location.

I called the hotel to catch the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The front desk lady kept me on hold for a very long time and never sent the shuttle. Her excuse was that she was busy.
