Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport

This is my 11th visit to Philadelphia since January, and I've stayed at many facilities. However, I've chosen Fairfield for my last three. It does not have all the bells and whistles as a lot of other hotels, but the staff there more than makes up for that. Every staff member that I was in contact with provided me with outstanding customer service, especially the front desk crew. The place is clean and very comfortable. I will continue to go back there because of their incredible customer service.

Although it was okay, they could do better with their breakfast selections. However, I'm reaching trying to come up with something to complain about.

Clean, great all over staff along with complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The biggest plus is the kind graciousness of the staff from the front desk (especially Diana! ⭐️) to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping, as well as their patience answering questions and providing transport suggestions to the city center. Complimentary Lyft to/from the airport is a plus.. Good Chobani yogurt and a Bigelow tea selection at the complimentary breakfast rather than that cheap and tasteless Lipton brand. Would I stay there again and recommend this location to others? Absolutely!

I wished the complimentary breakfast can be extended to 10am vs current 9am closing. I arrived close to 1am due to a very late flight arrival and would have liked sleeping a bit longer before the breakfast service ended

Lots of flights were cancelled at the airport last night, and the hotel got a late night crowd. The two gentleman working the front desk were exceptional. Friendly, efficient, super helpful. During the night I had to change a Lyft ride with another flight change, and the desk clerk overnight was friendly and also so helpful.

The first room I checked into was very smoky snd the window was left open during the storm. However, the desk clerks switched me out to a new room even when the hotel was packed.

It was good for one night's stay. Very clean, beds were definitely comfortable, ac worked great, the room was plenty big, etc. It's a little expensive though.

there's a little too expensive, the bathroom door did no close all the way, they charged for parking, the breakfast could have been better, they could have had someone helping the lady at the front desk because she was clearly overworked and by herself and there was a lot of people complaining about the parking situation.

Beautiful hotel less than 10 minutes drive to Philadelphia airport. Everything was fine, the bed was so comfortable just like am at home. Wished I was not traveling, would have loved to stay some more. Would definitely stay there again by God’s grace.

Our bathroom had a little drainage problem but as soon as we complained to the lady at the front desk, she immediately changed our room to a better one. So everything was fine.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Good location. Good simple breakfast ( since I'm not big for breakfast) . Even have streaming apps on Tv! I would recommend this place to my friends. And definitely will book again for future plans!

Room Key did not work when we came back (midnight) from out night out.

staff was very helpful in ordering me a Lyft driver in the morning. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked and maintained.

I wish the hotel had a shuttle bus like other hotels in the area. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. The hotel right next door had a shuttle bus.

Breakfast was excellent. I have been staying in Philadelphia a lot lately (family member at UPenn Hospital) and it was very nice to have a hot breakfast and not just a grab and go like most places do. Room and lobby were very clean! The tv stand in the room was broken and I forgot to mention that to the front desk. It was not an issue for me as I was only there one night, but just want to make sure it is known that is was like that at time of my check in.

With having a coffee maker in the room, I wish tea bags were available as well. But it is very rare that I see that at any hotel

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We had an Awesome experience at Fairfield. It’s a Safe area not far from the downtown area. Parking is only $10 a day. We definitely would recommend this Hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that It advertised having a swimming pool and it didn’t. Everything else was good.

Cookies are "To-Die-For"! Loving breakfast bar extras. Complimentary Lyft is a nice touch.

a/c in 1st room assigned was broken, but no problem with getting another room. The 1st Lyft driver made me wait 10 minutes, then Canceled! However, the other rides were flawless.
