Paid for one room with two beds and a sofa bed but it turned out to be what would be considered two rooms with just an opening where an adjoining door would be. Loved this additional space I didn’t know we would have! Breakfast was good. 15-20 minute ride to Hershey park was easy.

The AC didn’t seem to cool the room enough but it wasn’t enough to complain about. I just enjoy coming back to a nice chilly hotel room after a long day in the sun. Instead it was a cool room. Also, the sleeper sofa in the living room was fine for my toddler to sleep on but would not be comfortable for an adult to use.

Comfortable and quiet

The carpet felt gross on our feet, please clean it better, and the pillows are too small and way too soft!! Also, please put a light in the small area above the door soon as you walk in the room( like right in front of the closet), there is a big mirror with no lightning, the lights from the bathroom is not enough, especially for a female trying to get dressed, why is there a light switch on the wall and the light is behind the t.v. on the other wall across the room, it makes no-sense at all, other than that our stay was great

Suite rooms were really big. Two rooms with two baths. Queen Beds was comfortable and each room had coffee, TV and Fridge. Kids slept on pull out sofa. Hotel was very convenient to interstate. Burger King, Arby's, 7 Eleven and Sports bar were close by too (1/2 mile). Hotel had outdoor pool and Continental Breakfast as well. Parking was nice and close to doors. Hotel itself was clean. Manager was helpful. We would stay again.

One room (242) had stains on pull out sofa and on carpet next to sofa. (Looked like milk). Hot water did not work in one room's (242) sink. Breakfast was OK but when they ran out they didn't replenish. Had to ask for fruit and yogurt. Flip side is once they got it, it was fresh.

The suite style room was huge and accommodated 5 adults very comfortably. Very accessible from the highway. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was typical continental style, but didn’t disappoint.

Outdoor pool was a nice touch, but not monitored — there was a lot of trash in the space by the end of the day when we visited. They seemed a little understaffed overall on the evening of our visit. The hotel was mid-renovation in August 2023. This wasn’t a problem, but may mean it will be fresher for future travelers.

I like that the rooms were cold the beds were comfortable and we had great maid service...

I did not like how breakfast was served how it was organized and how it was presented it wasn't enough room it wasn't a consistency of products that need to be done and they need another system basically the waffle maker you cannot have a waffle maker for 50 plus people you should have had a pre-made pre-done and somebody there making them for you so you can keep a stack poor workmanship and poor job performance...

I would like to start by saying the manager did help me resolve the issue I had with booking.com And Frances was very friendly.

What I didn't like was that there was trash in the hallway the hallway trash cans were overfell there was a mushroom's going out of the rug by the pool and workout area They didn't have enough clean towels the 2nd day I was there and the 1st night I was there there was a pool party where there was liquor involved. I also smell marijuana in the hallway and I know what it smells like.

I asked for hot sauce and was told there was none. I heard a murmuring in Spanish and several times the word hot sauce. Next thing I know a lady brought out 2 pks of hot sauce for my eggs. Super sweet Everything was very clean and well taken care of Shout out to the lady who checked us in. We were kind of “spent’ after a long day of travels. She was so upbeat and personable. Wish I caught her name. 9/14/22 at about 9 pm Only negative. In trying to make reservation I called three times and was redirected to operator. No one ever answered

We stayed at this hotel after a concert at Hersheys Stadium.The check in person, Saunak, was really nice. Courteous and helpful. I like the microwave and the fridge in the room and the TV is a good size. When my companion locked the batroom door by mistKe when she came out of the bathroom, at 2:00 am she called for service and the person was there in less than 5 minutes. The checkout was a breeze as well. I would go back to this hotel again. The price for this hotel room is reasonable. I found a good deal through Booking.com.

the staff were rude… They think just because they say excuse me they are to continue what it is that they were doing.. During breakfast the staff constantly kept getting into peoples way while we were making breakfast..

Very clean, reasonable priced different pricing May 6-7 $59.00 a night May 13 and 14 $100.00 per night not sure why such a difference

I asked for a quiet hallway. We were placed in a hallway with teenage basketball players. They were very noisy banged the door during the night. I did not sleep very well
