Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge

The Breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed the freshly made to order omelets daily. The fruit, sausage, bacon and French toast were fresh, and there were so many other choices of breakfast foods to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area and work out area were clean. Room was very spacious, and beds/pillows were comfortable. Great Location to nearby attractions, restaurants and Mall.

It does get a bit noisy outside the rooms if people are gathered in the common areas of the lobby (tends to echo with lots of people) Yet, every night it seemed to stop by 10pm, so sleeping was not an issue.

Breakfast was good. Quite busy, but good! Our server for dinner was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. All staff were very welcoming and polite. The kids loved the pool!

Several people who were very over-served at happy hour were then seated in the dining area. They were loud, vulgar and literally disturbed everyone trying to enjoy their dinners. We had small kids with us, and the f-bombs being dropped weren't appreciated. The hotel manager should have stepped in and asked them to leave the restaurant.

Overall the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. The area that hotel is in great! Some many things to do Valley Forge National Park, King Prussia Mall, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel could use a paint job a lot of walls were dirty in certain areas like the where we sit down to eat breakfast food splatter stains on the walls and notice a few of the room doors where damaged at the bottom of the doors. Also it felt like some of staff didn't feel like being there at all. Definitely not 100 % customer service more like 85-90 %

I enjoyed the aesthetics. The beds in the room were very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff at the front desk were very good with their customer service towards me.

I didn’t like that there was hair all across the bathroom sink, the floor, and in the hallway. That was bothersome for me. Also, the kitchen experience and dining area was not what I am used to for a Hilton experience. The amount of people being accommodated didn’t match the amount of food or staff available. The quality of the food was not as good as I expected.

The location seemed safe and the property was quiet. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent and nice to have omelettes and pancakes made fresh. The main floor of the hotel was very inviting.

It was obvious the property had some water issues based on the ceilings in my room and my mom's room. There juice at the buffet seemed watered down. There could have been more towels in the room to accommodate a family of three.

The facility was very clean, all employees were nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable I slept great. I didn't spend to much time in the lobby but there are numerous areas with seating to lounge. Breakfast was decent every morning.

Was told the pool was under renovation instead of repair with no date of when it would be open. It was opened midday our second day there but didn't know until our 3rd and last night. Site pictures need to be updated to show there is no more hot tub.

The chef making the omelets in the morning was extremely friendly and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. I noticed other customers were having the same experience as well and came back to thank him after they had finished their meal. Other than not being able to make your own waffles on the weekend (the ones in the chaffing dishes got rubbery) It was one of the best breakfast spreads I have ever been to.

The complimentary reception was very nice Newton can really make a Great Drink. The room was spacious hotel was beautiful, spotless.

I was unable to do a late check-out, the man said he couldn't. The Microwave is down too low where a child can reach it. My 1yr old son contiuously played with it, probably thinking it was a toy, it should at least have a door blocking it. He put put a walet inside and turned it on smh. The View was horrible, my room was facing the sattelite and generators. Other than this that was all.

Scott the front desk agent was fabulous, the location is great very peaceful, relaxing. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast! BEST HOTEL I have stayed at in a long time!!! Traveling with my son and we had a room that when you walked in there is a King bed , desk and chair with a tv. Then a hallway with a mini Refrigerator a sink ,closet and the bathroom .Then a separate room with a king size bed and tv, so two separate bedrooms. Around a 30 minute drive to Philadelphia depending on where you are going.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The staff took good care of us during our stay. From check in to check out we received excellent customer service. There is a complimentary cocktail hour with snacks. There is a restaurant which offers various meal options, (snack bar, breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and room service is available. Our room was clean, relaxing, and very comfortable. The hotel itself has a relaxing vibe with beautiful grounds. You will enjoy your stay here.
