The size of the room was huge for us having kids. We travel a lot and this far the biggest hotel room we have had. Just having all the extra space so we weren’t on top of each other was great. My family was pleased with the free breakfast. The front desk staff was amazing. Very polite. I checked in early morning and the young lady that helped me was ver patient and helpful. I’ve managed a motel front desk for 13 years, and when I see customer service that I received I know there are still good people out there that enjoy their job.

Our bathroom door didn’t close all the way or lock. It’s a pocket door but you can’t look it. A minor thing to us we managed.

Our room's kitchen had everything we needed. Dining table had wheels and was easy to bring into the room for meals. We liked that the room had lots of cabinets and cupboards for storage. Pocket door to bathroom saved space. I liked that the pool was open late and fitness room was open 24/7 for guests. Coffee maker in our room was really nice. Front desk was accommodating and gave us extra towels.

Loved the kitchen with full-sized dishwasher and fridge!!! Loved that it had plates, bowls, utensils (all real...not paper/plastic) full size garbage can, full size paper towel roll, crockery, even a colander! It had a roll-out dining table. They thought of everything! It was truly a pleasure staying in this hotel.

Nothing...it was all-around fantastic.

Hot breakfast was great! The kids loved picking their own food. The room was great. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stocked kitchen. It made it so easy to pack lunches for the daily excursions. There's a grill outside on the patio that we used for dinner one night. Kids swam while husband grilled. Within a minute of two grocery stores, across the street from restaurants, and next to a bookstore. Could not have asked for better for a great price.

I was impressed by the size of the suite, very spacious, as the bathroom, as well. It might have been because it was an accessible suite room. The fact that the bedroom was separated by a door from the kitchen/living room area with the sofa bed was great to have the kids sleeping quietly. The kitchen had a full fridge, microwave and dishwasher!

The bed mattress was kinda soft, and the sofa bed mattress was way too soft, with the support squeaking. Unfortunately, the kitchen had only a microwave for cooking, no stove or hot plates.

Phenomenal stay, the reception area was well maintained, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very mindful of my toddler as well.

Probably more frequent visits from housekeeping. We kind of managed on the towels we were given, and when we asked for room cleaning service, we didn't end up receiving it till our last day there

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Easy access to the Fulton Theater. Lots of clean towels.

Common areas (hallways) need cleaning or upgrades. Wehad a constant knocking in the wall behind the temp control. I could not reach the shower head-very frustrating. Way too high.

Very good, except this time there was NO YOGURT for 3 days. We were told the Truck had not come yet. : ( Otherwise, very good )

We had a Banging noise associated with the Heat/Air so Matt at the front desk was AWESOME and moved us to another room and no problems from that point one. We were staying 3 days, so this was important to us! Thanks Matt! You were very kind and helpful! 10 out of 10 for Matt! : )

Extremely friendly staff, lots of amenities (indoor pool, nice gym, and FULL kitchen in the room). Kind of across town from all the Lancaster “stuff” but not bad ans had a great shopping center across the street with lots of food and shopping options. Liked being able to use a digital key and check in online. The room was large enough for my family of 5, one of the only hotels in the area that can handle 5 in a room so I didn’t have to rent two. Tons of storage space in the room, lots of drawer, and real dishes ans utensils in the kitchen. Even a dishwasher. If you were trying to stay and save money on food this is the place to stay. They will even give you a cooktop and there is a full size fridge.

While I was happy it actually had a breakfast, it wasn’t quite a “full breakfast buffet” as promised. It was not possible to have a remotely healthy breakfast. Everything was carbs carbs carbs. The “hot food” was previously frozen breakfast sandwiches and omelets…the omelets were hard and gross. There was no fruit or yogurt or anything available…nothing fresh. Plus the woman who was working the kitchen area on Sunday was incredibly rude, yelling at everyone to wear gloves ans making comments under her breath about it. We had eaten there two previiis mornings ans never even seen gloves out. She would eye roll and make comments about how breakfast is going to get shut down if people don’t wear their gloves. Very unprofessional

Breakfast provides and assortment of foods to which there is something to fulfill varied tastes. Appreciated the availability of waffles along with the milk and dairy foods that are available.

I should have requested a room that has bathroom setup for disabled people.
