Good location in the walkable Penn Square area with lots of restaurants, bars, etc (we did a 1h ghost tour). When there is no breakfast (restaurant closed on Sunday), thanks to the in-hotel Starbucks to have us covered (friendly service there). Room quality is still good.

Unfriendly receptionist at check in No light in elevator No room service Broken lights in room and halway No free Wi-Fi for non Members (almost $13 per day is questionable what all others have as an standard included amenity) Pool and Spa were closed City view was to tellus360 bar, which is quite loud on Saturday night. The hotel barely meet the 3 stars, they only do the minimum. It seemed overall the hotel was running on minimal effort and service (maybe another downturn in quality after pandemic).

The buffet breakfast was exceptional... I would expect pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. but I did not expect bagels and lox (with added touches of capers and eggs)!! The gentleman who seated us seemed to be working alone, and he sure does put in a LOT of steps!! The shampoo and conditioner in the shower was very nice - I didn't expect such good quality in a squeeze bottle attached to the wall...

When I checked in, my parking ticket was validated - I mistakenly thought that meant I was given free parking... until I looked at my bill and saw I was charged $15 each day - plus fees... I also thought WIFI would be free...

The facility is nice and very spacious throughout the hotel. The restaurant on the first floor has awesome staff.

Front desk staff needs to take their time explaining everything during check in. I felt like the gentleman just rammed off everything very fast. As if he didn't want to be bothered with anyone. So, I asked the other check in person to explain everything. And she was very helpful. Work on customer service at the front desk. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The elevator is insane trying to get on to go anywhere. We literally waited 25mins to get on the elevator.

Every staff member we interacted with was so lovely and welcoming! My partner and I loved being right in the heart of the city and being able to walk to fun places like Decades and Tellus 360. We also throughly enjoyed the view from the exchange! We wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

The only downside for us was getting confused about the fact that we had to go outside to get to the exchange. We took a wild elevator ride trying to find it before we finally realized it wasn’t accessible from inside the hotel.

Check-in was easy and quick. Requested maintenance to help with safe in the room . . . they responded quickly and fixed the problem. Rooms were spacious and beds were clean and comfortable.

Confusion about the parking validation. Still not sure of the parking fees and how they are applied. We were conference attendees . . .some got free parking, some paid $15 per day, some paid $20 per day, but we were told the cost was $10 per day. Still haven't gotten a straight answer. Had to have the floors cleaned - they were tacky and dirty. Cleaning staff mopped again and they were ok. Limited facilities for dining and drinking. Bar closed at 10:00 (both Thursday and Friday night)

Holiday weekend and concert at your establishment that wasn't well managed

We had to go out of the building at night to come in on the side and we got vip entrance and there was none wait and hour in the cold and went in with general admission and the staff didn't seem to know anything the food was leftover Thanksgiving food a woman was stealing pointsetta plant from the lobby and staff was to busy talking made me feel unsafe at that point to even enjoy the beautiful decorations in the lobby

Excellent location in downtown Lancaster city and staff are professional. Breakfast is of good value with excellent service from the older gentleman working it.

The hotel desperately needs valet or staff helping people with their luggage out of the car. It’s a great hotel but why can’t management see the need for front door and lobby help?

I love that Starbucks is in the hotel, but they don't take the app. I was glad that the parking garage was attached to the hotel because the surrounding city at night is sketchy. The hotel is immaculate and very chic. The rooms are well done and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I do wish that valet parking was available. One downside was that the pool was under renovation. Another negative, no internet provided. I didn't book directly with the Marriott and would have to pay $12 a day to have internet.

Location was perfect in Lancaster, right near almost everything I needed to get to during my stay. Staff was very helpful, informative and friendly. Coffee in the room was very good. Beds were VERY comfortable.

I may have missed it, but there did not appear to be any restrooms for hotel guests to use in or near the lobby, other than going back up to their room. If they are there then, no problem, I did not get a chance to ask the folks at the desk.

Spacious and access to conference centre from inside hotel. Room was clean and had a view of Lancaster. Right in middle of Lancaster so easy access to bars and restaurants. The Exchange was a nice rooftop restaurant and bar Staff were helpful.
