Everything! Brad and Keith were wonderful hosts. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and we couldn’t have been more pleased. It was evident that every room of the buildings were designed and decorated with love, style and precision. The breakfast was literally the best I have ever had and our breakfast chat with Brad was so interesting and enjoyable that the conversation alone was worth the price of the stay!

Lovely old home on a shady, quiet property with easy access to downtown Lancaster and the Amish Country. Comfortable rooms and plenty of hot water. Friendly, engaging hosts. Lancaster B&B's breakfast is, bar none, the best B&B food we've ever eaten. In fact, they are the best restaurant in this small city and that's saying something.

Sadly, downtown Lancaster is a victim of the Pandemic with many closed shops. Those remaining open often have reduced hours. This is a recovery process that may require a few years of regrowth.

The property was built in the early 1900s by the Armstrong family founder of Armstrong flooring. The rooms and public areas were very comfortable with an outside covered porch to relax. Brad and Keith are excellent hosts. Brad is a culinary chef serving artisan breakfasts of organic farm to table fresh vegetables, fruits and healthy ingredients that are amazing in presentation, aroma and they taste wonderful. Brad explained the menu everyday emphasizing sugar free, unrefined organic products like pure syrups, honey, and use of whole grain flours. If you think health food is boring you should make the journey and stay at the Lancaster Inn and let Brad cook for you. Location was great!

Everything was beyond our expectations. One suggestion would be a channel guide for Direct TV.

Brad and Keith could not have been any more welcoming, kind and gracious. We truly enjoyed the time getting to know them and enjoying breakfast almost more than our visit to Lancaster. The accommodations were immaculate and very comfortable. I have been recommending, with enthusiasm, the Lancaster Bed and Breakfast to everyone who asks where we stayed. We would love to visit again.

The Inn Keepers, Brad and Keith are fantastic. Keith showed us everything we needed to know, such as the common areas (living room, kitchen and the dining area) as well the grounds. They have a little pond where you can sit and just enjoy the sound of the fountain or sit under the covered porch on a swing. The grounds were beautiful. Keith made us feel so welcome. We stayed in The Fennel room. This was such a lovely room. The bathroom was HUGE. The bed was very comfy. They even had a large book in the room explaining everything such as WiFi passwords, places to go for dinner, etc. There was also a small journal on the nightstand for all the guests to write about their stay. I absolutely LOVED reading this. We met Brad the next morning and he made the most fantastic breakfast! He even had a few minutes to sit down and talk to us about the area, the breakfast, and anything else we could talk about. We were so impressed by this Inn and the Innkeepers. We even brought them back a bottle of wine for making us feel so welcome. I myself have stayed at a good amount of bed and breakfast inns and can easily say this was the best place to stay and I will become one of their regulars. I would easily rate this Inn and the Innkeepers a perfect score but instead of a 10 out of 10...I can easily say it was 1000/10 !!!! Anytime I need to stay in the Lancaster area, I will be staying here. Hands down, without a doubt.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this place. We loved our stay.

We stayed in the Hawthorne Suite. One of our favorite attributes of our room was the private bathroom. Our bathroom had a stand-up shower with a separate tub. My partner prefers showers, however, I will never shy away from a deep soaking inside a tub.

Only because my partner is a picky eater I would have preferred at least one more breakfast selection for her to choose from. I am an adventurous eater, she is not as adventurous as me.

It was one of the best travelling experiences of my life. Everything was perfect from the moment Keith greeted us and gave us a tour around the house. We received valuable advice on where to eat and what attractions to see. Our room was cozy and comfortable which gave us the feeling of home. The property has a nice garden with many trees and flowers, a small pond with golden fish, and a tiny waterfall. The breakfast that Brad cooked for us was superb. It was delicious and looked amazing. Would definitely recommend and come back!

It was really nice, I was hoping and thought I was staying in the main house

That if you wanted to relax and sit and chat, you actually had to go to a different house to relax because, nothing but 2 rooms in the little house we were given a room in. Therefore I felt closed in.

Everything was excellent. From the moment Keith opened the door and welcomed us into the B&B to minute we left nothing was too much trouble, Nice little touches like snacks and drinks available and Brad's breakfast was the best that we had during our 3 weeks in the US

There was nothing to dislike

Brad and Keith were the most excellent hosts that I have encountered. My wife and I felt like family from the first time we met them. Their hospitality was second to none. They made us feel at home from day one. The breakfasts were amazing and the comfortable and beautiful surroundings of the room and property made us wish that we could stay much longer. What an amazing place to stay along with the feeling of being welcomed and appreciated during our stay. This place is truly a gem. I am certain that when we return to the Lancaster area, the Lancaster B&B will most definitely be our choice to stay - assuming that Brad and Keith are still the working owners of this incredible place.

We had a little trouble with the lack of heat in our room, but Keith showed an easy way to remedy it and the problem immediately went away.
