We didn't eat breakfast. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly

We requested two rooms together and was told that it would be accomodated and then when we got there one of our rooms had been given to someone else which we found out as we were trying to get into the room and there were other people's stuff in the room.

The second front desk clerk was very nice compared with the first one. The young guy was very nice even after putting up with a difficult guest. He had a line of people waiting since the other lady was yelling at him. The 2 women when we were there at night were also ok. There was an older gentleman at the desk one day who is very nice. When we first went to check in the clerk was very rude. She claimed our room wasn't ready but didn't even ask for my name. She had a very poor attitude and it definitely showed. I probably would not stay at this hotel again..

The breakfast was horrible. The picture showed an amazing breakfast. I understand there is a pandemic but we shouldn't still be receiving a cold bagged breakfast. I booked this hotel based on all the pics they showed including the breakfast. Other hotels are serving a hot breakfast they just changed the way it is served. I was very disappointed when we woke up on day 1 to find a brown paper bag with cold stuff.

the breakfast was good. the hotel and room was very clean and smelled great. staff was friendly. we definitely would stay again.

the bed was hard and a little uncomfortable. was also a little dissapointed the hot pool was out of order.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Location is good.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Room was clean, it had a mini-fridge, microwave, toiletries,great lighting,keurig coffee maker, plenty of towels, tissues, etc. Shower was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. Plenty of pillows. Location was fairly close and a direct shot from Hershey Park.

Grab and go breakfast was weak but thats because of covid not the hotel. The sink not being in the bathroom was weird.

The breakfast was great, pool ok , easy check in and out.

Tub was dirty, not enough towels, the frig in the room never cooled down. Had kids medications That needed refrigeration. Had to keep iced.

They were able to correct the issue immediately. The cleaning staff are very nice ladies and the desk clerk was a very nice and pleasant man. Always smiling. The grab snd go was decent as well. The beds were way more comfortable than i expected. Got some very good night sleep

Staff was accommodating and professional. Location was perfect. We went to Hershey area parks and chocolate world. It was fun for the family.

No hot breakfast but not their fault they just don't have enough staff members to serve and refill the stations as needed which is too bad. Damn Covid nonsense is hurting these businesses.

property was clean and the staff was great! the room upgrade was unexpected and a great way to start our trip!

beds were a bit hard but other than that everything was great.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Daily room touch up was weak. Took towels and didn't replace. Didn't leave k cups for coffee
