Our room was available when we showed up an hour early. We were able to check in and put our luggage in our room before we went to visit The National Civil War Museum. I am appreciative of the staff who helped make that possible.

It’s right next to the highway, which is great! However, restaurants in the area are limited. We had to search for restaurants we wanted to eat at. One other thing, the ice machine on our floor did not work. We were on the 4th floor and had to go down to the first floor to get ice. That’s such a small thing but when you are tired from a full day it would have been better to not need to chase down ice.

Close proximity to highway. Staff were friendly even at 10pm. Room was clean. Yes, it is dated like others pointed out, but for the price, it’s well worth it. Sheets were clean and mattresses comfortable. Breakfast had hot and cold options. I opted for cereal and toast because I was over hotel cooked breakfasts (too long on the road). I would definitely stay here again -happy with my stay

There is a bit of a musty smell in hallways and room, but the air conditioner seemed to lessen it

I left my e-reader in the room and when I called about it the next day I got told I had to call on Monday for the manager and then when I called Monday of course nobody knew where it was. So I was very sad that the staff was dishonest. Because I know I left it there so just make sure you have everything when you leave because you won’t see it again. Other than that it had an exceptional breakfast beds were comfortable it was clean it was a great location off the freeway and I suppose no matter where you go you’re gonna find dishonest staff.

Location was great after a long day at Hershey Park without having to pay a huge amount of money compared to other locations nearby. Also, a good selection of restaurants nearby too. I felt safe at this hotel which is always a concern of mine.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was excellent, kind courteous and always smiling and welcoming

Breakfast could be better. Egg patties could be replaced by scrambled eggs, just would look far more appealing and probably taste better. More fruit selection, they had only apples while i was there. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Tables were clean.

This is a good choice. It is not a new place but we’ll taken care of. Our room was just fine, shower was great. We slept well, beds were comfy. The breakfast was a cut above most places we stayed at during our 8 day trip. Lots of choices. The people running this location do a nice job. Not sure if we will ever be in this location again but would definitely consider staying here again.

Not much. Traffic is a bit heavy in that area but they have no control over that. Smokers were hanging out at the front door but motel has little control over that—it was raining that night.

The staff was great!

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom tub was stained. Breakfast started around 7 and ends at 9 which I find outrageous. They have people on the 3rd floor working on the electricity everyday which caused a power outage in my room. The bed is way to soft it would’ve been better if it was a little firmer.

The location was easy to get to and very close to gas stations, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was OK with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, coffee and the other standbys. It is what you would expect from a Quality Inn. A nice, no frills place.

Nothing to complain about.

The beds were very comfortable and upon arrival, the man at the front desk was happy to inform me with all information upon my stay (wifi, checkout time, breakfast). The breakfast was held from 6am-9:30am and was very good. Staff makes sure to keep their inventory stocked.

It was just a few marks on the wall (water marks from a leaky ceiling, few starches but were covered with plaster) all in all everything else was very nice i was just a little thrown off still a nice quality room

Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean upon arrival. No issues with check in or out.

Room service was not so great. They did come in daily and make the beds and give us fresh towels but didn't wipe things down or take out garbage ( food garbage containers left on table ex empty pizza box. Soda bottles that would not fit into garbage can) so we had to walk them down the hall to a garbage can. Doors were propped open with rocks. I kicked the rocks out of the door everytime I seen it.
