The Deluxe King Suite includes a bedroom and living room. The Bedroom has a King Size bed that was very comfortable and includes a Hot Tub in the room. Separate from the Bedroom you have a bathroom with shower/tub and sink. The Living Room includes a Wetbar, Electric fireplace, two pull out couches, and a Desk. This room is a steal when you can get it at the $120 price point.

The only negatives I noted were, no TV in the living room, and limited towels. I was given pool towels on multi occasions for room towels. Breakfast is included but is very basic and cannot be taken out of dining area.

Perfect place for the family to stay on our trip to Hershey Park. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos online. The staff (under new management) was friendly and eager to help. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was an added perk! The location is very close to shops, restaurants, and activities in and around Hershey! We will definitely stay again!

We went to get breakfast on Friday morning at 9am and the meat and other items we're already gone so we didn't get to eat so on Saturday our check out day we didn't bother trying and I even paid $20.00 for breakfast on booking.com with my reservation and when I told the guy at the hotel who checked me in he said they shouldn't be charging for breakfast because it's free for everyone.

The pool and spa was dirty so we didn't get to use it by choice .

Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were convenient although not stocked with towels. The location was central to all our family wished to do.

Breakfast was disappointing but that's to be expected with hotel standards. We had king rooms but that was the smallest king bed I ever slept in. Definitely a single queen.

Convenient location to restaurants grocery stores and general shopping. Water pressure is great in the rooms and the hot water never runs out! Clean rooms, the staff is polite and to top it off the breakfast is amazing.

The pool seems to always have a ton of kids in it along with the hot tub so I have never been able to use it.

Excellent breakfast was delicious and very filling only thing that was wrong with the hotel was the pool room many things were rusty and needed to be fixed there were tiles missing and can be fixed there should be a snack machine next to the other machines

Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Facilities could use some maintenance. The toilet seat was not properly fitted onto the toilet nor was the toilet properly fitted to the floor. This may have been a problem created by a previous visitor that would have been difficult to notice without close inspection.

I enjoyed that it was clean, and the pool/ hot tub were available at random times. I also enjoyed the politeness of the staff.

Some of the windows could be upgraded. We were in a room that it’s window wouldn’t lock shut, and the people smoking outside the window, the smell of the smoke rolled through the window.

The room was well equipped, sufficiently clean; very good breakfast (considering the rate we got). Happy with the stay overall.

Plumbing is noisy: you can tell when your neighbors are flushing the toilet. Other than that, no problems.

The staff was super friendly, pool was very clean, breakfast was very good. Room was very clean, new mattresses that were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. New management has done great things!!
