Beautiful Hotel. Location wonderful. Staff fantastic. Cleanliness was superb. Amenities fantastic

The clear "Covid" barriers at the front desk are terrible. As a registered nurse I was quite surprised to still see them in place. I had a very hard time trying to hear your staff address me. I witness 2 other guests that were checking in actually bend down to speak and listen under them. The pandemic ended 2 years ago. There is more than sufficient distance between a guest and your staff members working behind the counter. Just made that process a distant feeling and not real friendly experience because you had to keep asking them to repeat themselves because it muffled the sound.

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room: Clean, spacious, the shower felt great and the shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing, the curtains came in for a win against the morning sun, the pillows were super soft and the bedding felt fresh and crisp The bar: A great place to unwind, the bartenders were very nice, right outside the bar there is a pool table and area to also hang out which was a nice touch

The only downfall is the size of the beds. If you plan to share a bed with an adult, just know it will be a tight fit.

Incredible property - yes the room size is generous, but it’s really the “smart” layout and design of the room that makes the difference. 24/7 sundries avail (so important when travelling), on-site high-quality restaurant with an incredible staff - the level is so superior to the area! Overall the property features onsite indoor swimming pool, gym, but it’s the lobby and outdoor places to “hang” that I really appreciated. Whoever designed this property really understands the nuances required for a superior experience while traveling. As a frequent experienced business traveler from NYC, I’d say that this is the only property to stay at when traveling in Lancaster County, PA. The best!!!!! Well done. Well done.

Loved the theme, it was worth checking out the history of the hotel and the 'Rock Lititz' evolution. I've heard of the Clair Brothers but had no idea it was still growing and growing. Super all around. Thank you!

Well, wasn't much to dislike, but I guess an earlier breakfast would be nice. I had to go to a fine local restaurant for an early start. I think brunch was at 10:30, I checked out at 6ish or so. There was a lot of noise in the room above me, kids I presume, so maybe you can stack rooms/occupants so if you aren't full, occupancy is staggered from floor to floor.

Super clean, great location. Friendly staff, on site restaurant was fabulous (ate there twice in one weekend, dinner and brunch.) convenient location to visit downtown Lititz. We booked a last minute weekend stay to attend a sports event for my daughter in the area. We normally try to stay at VRBOs to have adequate space and a kitchen but this hotel was awesome and having the pool which was heated and warm enough to swim in comfortable was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Went for craft fair, was close to downtown , staff was overly friendly, helpful and full of recommendations. If they did not know , they found out great music wherever you went, with a rock and roll vibe .

There was no closet to hang up my dress . There was a short closet where safe was , but could only hang shirts because anything longer would lay on floor. Bathroom has one switch for ALL the lights shower/sink/toilet , and is centrally located but in the wrong place . Microwave and full refrigerator , shelving but to dishwater or utensils.

Everything. The amenities but esp how clean our suite was...and the rest of the facility as well. We took advantage of the breakfast one morning. It was great. Loved the decor featuring music band equipment. We experienced a lot of wow moments. The pool area was so clean and well equipped. The king suite we had was immaculate when we arrived. Loved the kitchenette and the separate bedroom. The bathroom was large with a large walk in shower. We will def return here.

There was nothing that we did not like.

the room was very clean and spacious. I loved the wallpaper with all of the stage passes from past performances. the shower was so nice as was the bathroom. I really liked that you could use the bathroom from the bedroom or the living room. The doors on the bathroom from the bedroom was a repurposed equipment box! LOVE IT

No complimentary breakfast offered. I didn't want to leave. I wish my stay was longer.

Not just clean--amazingly immaculate! Very up-to-date decor throughout. Beds were Uber-comfy. Conveniences in room clearly well considered. Wired Internet available in rooms actually reaches 1Gbps speeds. Very strong and encrypted Wi-Fi with OpenRoaming.

Rooms are a little dark for my taste, but that is by design, as a significant portion of their guests sleep during the day because their jobs in the music industry demand frequent all-nighters. The prices for everything, even down to the option to take home the provided robes--for $80 each!--are just a touch salty.

It was very clean, close to town, not far from Lancaster, easy check in and out.

Since the hotel restaurant, Per Diem, doesn’t open until 10 am on Sunday, there is no coffee options other than the in-room kuerig or getting coffee from town until they open. I feel there should be another option for coffee and maybe some quick breakfast options like muffins/donuts before 10 am on Sundays for those who don’t want to leave the hotel to grab something earlier.
