Clean and well kept. Large parking lot adjacent to hotel. Comfortable roomy king suite. Included breakfast was much nicer than what we were used to. Nice workout room. Spacious lobby with strong Wi-Fi signal was a great place to read, meet, or catch up on emails. Hotel staff were all friendly and provided prompt and friendly service. Mall with several nice stores and restaurants right across street.

Cold air from the outside blew from nonfunctioning fireplace directly onto the opened sofa bed.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome as we traveled in for the Taylor swift concert. The Taylor cut out, water and drinks was a very nice touch. The staff was also very helpful with instructions for the metro (they even had info printed out at the front desk). I can’t stress enough how great the staff was despite probably being very busy with clients.

Breakfast was Ok.. Eggs were very dry & tasteless. Not really work 18.50 a person ..Fresh Fruit was best part of breakfast. Could have more yogurt choices & better bread choices ..Should have almond & skim milk available..

Would be nice to be able to have housekeeping more than on Tuesdays & Thursdays. No mouthwash available on the “Forgot it list.”

The location was perfect for the attractions we were planning to visit. Plus, an extra treat was the mall was across the street. The free breakfast had a wide selection and hot foods: eggs, meats, oatmeal and waffles.

There was not anything to dislike about this hotel.

It was comfortable and cozy.

Breakfast was tasteless. The cleanliness of the room was poor. My friend had to get something that fell underneath the couch and noticed that under the couch looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

The staff at the front desk were amazing! I especially loved the fact that they gave me the 9th floor, private elevator, convenient parking in the back near the elevator, I could view my car from my hotel room right outside of the window to start it electronically, the mall was conveniently across the street and SUPER EASY access to practically EVERYTHING we wanted or needed to be near.....I WILL BE RETURNING, as long as I can receive the same room/floor, it was DEFINITELY a "home-away-from-home" and me and my husband were extremely comfortable. I made sure to take care of the room and leave it clean for housekeeping to have an easy job to do once we left. I will also be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you for everything...........it was amazing for my first trip to Pittsburgh and left an awesome memory for my husband as he's a die-hard steelers fan, (first trip also) and the stay was over the top. Thank You sooooo much! (I would love to upload the video of the room I stayed in, if there was a way, I would do it because me talking about the convenience and feel of the room does not do it justice until you see the video I took of the entire room. It was like staying in a one-bedroom apartment.

Location was perfect for my needs, room was cleaner than any hotel we've stayed in for a while. The bathroom floor was clean and they never are anywhere else. The staff was extremely pleasant.

It was a great weekend at the Crowne Plaza. The Front desk, the housekeeping staff, the serving staff for private events and the event coordinators were superior ❗ Very professional and exceeded all of my expectations ‼️🙏 Food was Fabolous ❗

Location was perfect within mins of the bowling center we were using for our tournament and eating and shopping were across the street.

The roll out sofa provided in our room we are a family of 5 and it's difficult to find a hotel room capable of accommodating us 5.

There wasn't around the clock coffee and tea service. It's still a little far from downtown.
