Days Inn by Wyndham Pittsburgh

Fantastic staff! Very helpful, courteous, and customer friendly! Location was very convenient.... Value was exceptional in light of the weekend that we were there (National Senior Games). Im not a big breakfast guy, so the continental bag breakfast (muffin, fruit, juice) was perfect. Also there was a nice Diner right across the parking lot. Coffee and Tee provided 24/7...... It was a perfect no frills value based hotel.... I would definitely stay there again when traveling to Pittsburgh.

The location is very close to downtown/ main attractions. Priced very well and room was very spacious, clean which includes sofa, desk and chair, mini fridge, microwave and iron. Also have a covered outdoor pool which includes towels as well. Hotel also breakfast on a grab and go system, breakfast bag includes a muffin, an apple, orange/ apple juice and a bottle water. There is also a coffee / tea area in the lobby.

Nothing really to complain about, no elevator i guess.

Location. We were close to everything...Homestead, North Shore, Strip District, Burgettstown. I also like that they renovated the rooms from last year...very comfy and clean.

The only thing is that we didn't have wifi in our room... as soon as you stepped out the door you did. Other than that, everything was great!

Smelled clean in room. 3 pillows. Good mattress. Grab and go during Covid times breakfast = Bearclaw danish, canned fruit- peaches in cup, water, bottle of orange juice, and coffee pot in lobby. Paid under $85. Less than 10 minutes to UPMC Montefiore and Rivers Casino. 100 steps walking to get to Eat n Park. There is an iron, board, and hairdryer. Seasonal outdoor pool.

They are modernizing and updating, which is good. There was a lot of something sticky on the floor in front of the refrigerator and the top where you open it too. It sounded like it was running but was not cold at all by morning. Adjusted it two times to make sure it was working but really did not think it was at all. The whole 1st floor to the left smelled like cigars, smoke, and suspected marijuana. There was no alarm clock or radio in the room. The one lamp that had an outlet on it to plug in a cell phone charger wouldn't work on the lamp. Had to use the one outlet in the bathroom to charge phone. Figured there would be USB ports on lamps or desk for easy charging, but none available. There was no channel guide or instructions for using the TV or remote.

We went out for breakfast and sightseeing the maid was a room up we came back 4 hours later cart was in the same spot our room wasn't cleaned. The side door was locked no sign on the door stating the same when informed front desk I received attitude from staff when I inform them that I was not informed the side door would be locked at a certain time and there's no documentation on the door to let people know the door will be closed locked at a certain time which staff never even told me what time it was I ran out of the room to the car at 1:00 in the morning and couldn't get back in

Room didn't get cleaned by staff even though we were gone for 4 hours and the cart was next door we came back room was still not cleaned his idea

This was the first time for me to have stayed this long at any motel and it was just an okay experience.

It appeared that others staying here were aware that I was here and that made my stay as unpleasant and I did not expect this . Whether it was hearing those in the room next to me with one being a Business Meeting Room or other rooms on the same floor I had no peace during my stay. I certainly had the impression that I was under constant watch. And I can say this of those who were nearby when I went outside to have a cigarette. It certainly was not a happy last few days in Pittsburgh. The last night I was verbally insulted by a group of teenagers except for one young person who showed some respect.

The property was decent, and the room provided more than enough space. The air conditioner worked great, and the pool was clean.

The Pool closed early at 830pm before the Sun was down. The Television was small, and the shower temperature fluctuates from Ice Cold to Hot without notice.

Very easy to get to. Good size rooms.

Small, small, small beds!! It was myself, my husband, and our 26 year old son. The bed barely fit my husband who is 6'5", let alone both of us! Double rooms need bigger beds!

Location close to downtown areas, cheap price, desk in room, not packed the times I went

Honestly I’m not that picky so I don’t think there was anything that bad to say I’d totally dislike there was only a few minor problems like a hole in the sheets & this recent stay the bathroom door needed an extra push to shut & the fridge was a little hard to open at times but all minor problems

Everything was wonderful (rating 9 - from above).

*** Only one disappointment was the continental breakfast. It would be nice to have cereal, bagels, cream, cheese, yogurt. ***
