The location was perfect for the bowling venue, also in Mount Lebanon. The location was extremely convenient for rail transit. Breakfasts were very good. The staff was very good.

I was not forewarned that there was a $15 + tax parking fee. I thought parking was complimentary for one car. Also, the air conditioning in the lobby area malfunctioned three of the days of our stay. My wife especially found eating breakfast very uncomfortable.

The inside was beautiful and clean. Awesome breakfast.

Our internet didn't work in the room. I tried the extra internet, it didn't work either. They did refund that after asking. Some of the staff was very illiterate about the wifi. I finally had to call a number to get a ticket in for issue. I would have rather watched Netflix. Parking seemed weird and shady since I'm not from the city. It's behind the hotel. In the end it was convenient.

Room preparation did not meet expectations. Sticky floors in bathrooms, blood stains on comforter, no body wash, and very small amount of toilet paper. However once management was informed, these issues were immediately resolved.

Overall very nice. Good size room and comfortable. I have two suggestions. For a single king or queen size bed, we expect to have a nightstand on both sides. We only had it on one side. The electric outlet on the side without a nightstand did not work properly. Thank you.

Same scrambled eggs and sausages...expected better. Fresh fruit was nice, as was Starbux coffee.

Room came with two coffee cups and no other glassware (to brush teeth, drink wine etc)...even much cheaper hotels provide plastic glasses. When I called reception, they were quite taken aback but were able to provide two lovely glasses. Why offer an ice bucket (that seems to assume you are going to cool a drink) but no glasses? The in room coffee was cheap and rubbish...if you want to pretend to be upscale, install a Keurig !!

Very friendly and accommodating staff was able to grant my request for top floor, facing front room. Room was very comfortable overall, great bed and shower, nicely remodeled. Good breakfast.

No maid service. Was told maid would at least stop by with replacement toilet paper and to empty waste cans but she never did once during my 4-day stay. Only one elevator was working the entire time causing minor delays.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities very clean. Loved that.

I requested a quiet room/area but unfortunately my room was right above a busy traffic area. I also wish they had a better parking garage. Sooo tight. The AC equipment in my room was loud and annoying but I'm not sure if it was broken or if that was how the equipment always sounds.

The Peleton suite was amazing. We loved having the bike in the room and the suite was spacious and equipped with a microwave and fridge, which were very convenient. The beds were very comfortable.

We wish there was a mandatory mask policy--for vaccinated and unvaccinated patrons--as we stayed there during a surge in the Corona virus. It was uncomfortable to be there amongst people, most likely unvaccinated, who were not wearing a mask.

There needs to be more options and not run out of items during the breakfast hours.

There needs to be coffee and condiments with no waiting. Maybe more than one dispenser.

Easy to get around the area.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of junk behind pedestal sink that hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Finding the parking garage was challenging.
