Breakfast on Friday and Monday was great. On Saturday and Sunday in spite of the hours being 6-9:30 cleanup apparently started at 9:00, leaving very little by 9:15 when I got down to eat my breakfast.

See above. Breakfast cleanup should begin at 9:30, not end then. Also, the toilet is way to low. I risked hurting my leg each time I needed to use it. Children from sports event were running up and down the halls til after ten pm.b

This is my go-to place to stay when I'm traveling to visit family. It's conveniently located, and the people are always willing to help in any situation. My mom is in a memory care unit up there, and I need to see her as often as possible. The rest of my family also lives in the area. I'm close to all of them.

When we arrived there were several people outside the front door smoking. The repulsive smell of the smoke permeated into the foyer of the motel. I'm not sure where the smoking area should be, but I know it should not be the first thing guests notice when we arrive.

Location was great, and was allowed to have my dog.

Had issue with hot water but when i talked with the staff , they said they were having issues with the hot water to try turning water on again in 10 minutes then the hot water worked perfectly fine and didn't have any other issue with it the rest of the stay. The bed wasn't really comfortable.

They have grills out back which we used to reheat large containers of food which we were taken to a family event. There were some issues getting a grill lite but the staff worked quickly to resolve. The staff especially housekeeping and maintenance were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The TV was on the dresser in front of the beds and if we sat on the couch, we couldn't see the TV. Wish it was more centered so that we could of utilized the couch.

Ashley who checked us in was great and helped us find an excellent restaurant. My only complaint is the TV channels were not all working so had to miss the Grammys. Not the staff's fault but at the price I paid should have all TV options available.

My wife and I were in town for a long Labor Day weekend, stayed three nights. Everything that I would told I would get, I got. The price online and the total bill was one dollar different, very happy about that. The staff at the front counter were great. A very enjoyable stay and I will stay there again when I come back to town. Thanks for giving me what I expected.

We were there for a family event in the area. Our group totaled 18 people (kids and adults). The staff was terrific and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy time together in the breakfast area, pool and the outside patio.

As they were booked up, they upgraded us to a handicap suite, which ended up being perfect since I had broken my foot earlier! That made our stay much better!

Breakfast was good. Good location. Good staff

Hallway carpets needed to be replaced. The sofa in our room had some stains on it. My partner wanted a softer bed.
