The fact that breakfast was served was a bonus.

The man at the window was VERY rude didn't even acknowledged me when i walked up. I attempted to speak to him to only be shut down with " im bussy give me a minute ". The next day i asked for sheets and was told " we can't change your shets everyday you have a dog ( mind you she is a service dog) if you didn't then we could change them daily. My husband had to fo talk to the man because he was so very dismissive of me. We will never be going back there again...plenty of other places to stay

The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens. Breakfast was more varied than expected. I liked the window seat. The room was small but really fine for a solo traveler, especially at the price I paid. The desk clerk was aware of a request I had made during booking and had followed through. Convenient location and a very good brewpub a mile away.

My room was by the elevator and ice/vending machines, so it could be a bit noisy. And voices carried easily from the next room. But it wasn’t a big problem. Though signs said masks were required inside, no one—staff or guests—was wearing one. Maybe they should take down the signs?

The room we stayed in was clean and quiet. Had breakfast there every morning of our stay. The hotel is very convenient to everything like there's a Walmart beside it, a Wendy's in the same parking lot, and a nice restaurant called beemans just right down the road. The staff at this hotel was also nice and friendly.

Amazingly kind and helpful staff, pleasing welcoming and fast check out. Pool is a nice add on. Many shopping and eating options are around. Easy and free parking. Comfy bed, silent place.

No EV charging option, even a simple J1772 would do, I'm sure many more people with EVs would choose this hotel.

Chetam Patel the general manager was exceptionally good. Very professional , polite and full of courtesy. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make my family comfortable. He deserves a raise, because I noticed that is just his demeanor as he takes care of other customers. He rocks!

Nothing. Food is good, care is great, staff are friendly, atmosphere and hotel is clean and comfortable beds in rooms with awesome controlled air conditioners. Great!! What's not to like?

The best part was the front desk attendant, Melissa. She was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. She went above and beyond any staff I have ever encountered or any of my stays anywhere. Give her a raise, employees don’t come like her anymore.

The only issues I noticed were that the hair dryer didn’t work and the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. All the rest was great. I would highly recommend you

It was clean and comfortable. Shower was very nice, great water pressure and water temperature was good. Only had the coffee for breakfast but it was good. Quick and easy check in.

It was a little noisy our first night. Could hear doors slamming and people talking in the room next to us. Air conditioner was noisy until it ran for a while then it was quiet. Second night was quiet.

The r oom was perfect. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Very helpful. I'd like to point out Todd for helping clear up check in and Melissa at check out Thankyou

There was a little confusion at check in as to which room I actually booked. But was corrected.,

great location! breakfast was good. person responsible for breakfast very friendly

having staff waiting outside my door ready to clean it. made me feel rushed. walking into a room with temp set at 57 degrees. also asked for special parking which was not addressed when checked in but was able to park near door so didn't make a fuss about it.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, easy to find. Walmart is in the next parking lot. Lots of restaurants around. The staff is super nice.

Property needs some repairs like loose floor tiles in the bathroom but nothing that detracted from my stay.
