The breakfast was alright could use a little bit of improvement but it was alright as it put something in your stomach before hitting the road. As far as the room goes, it was just GREAT. Plenty of room, high ceilings, one would not be cramped in the room we had. No postage sized room here. The bed was very comfortable and large. Every thing worked and we had quiet all of the night, very important. If we are ever over that way again we surely will not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks: John F.

I like the convenience of it right off the highway it's close to Endicott ,vestal Binghamton it's clean the staff is always wonderful and even though you may have changed ownership I was there when it first opened 9 years ago 10 years ago whatever it was and I will be back again.

Other than because of the weather being more towards winter and stuff that there's not a smoking spot enclosed or like an outbuilding where people can smoke other than that there's nothing I dislike about it

The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The room was pretty clean and the beds comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and water pressure was fine too! I can't say anything about the location because we only stopped here for one night on our way to New York but it's a pretty small town.

The breakfast offer wasn't the best but we got full and that was the most important part :D

The shower was incredible, such excellent water pressure, large room, much space, perfect location, right off Route 17, and I mean right off route 17, gas station, McDonald's, and a diner right next door

Floors were very creaky and the room was so big, it seemed empty; could use a table to eat at

We left very early at 6 am the last morning. I asked the manager the evening before for muffin for my daughter early the next morning. My daughter asked the morning attendant and they refused. After she came back crying I went downstairs and after some persuasion he finally allowed us to have the promised muffin.

I got the King room with the hottub and it was very spacious, super comfy bed, staff was so helpful.

This really ruined my stay though...no one had cleaned the fridge and there was mold and rotten stuff in it. They brought me another fridge, but at that point it took away the awesome feeling. I am sure that doesn't happen often, yet it really does take the good feeling away from such an awesome room.

The staff is very friendly at this location, the rooms are clean. This hotel is close to the highway which made it very easy to find at night while it was snowing. There is plenty of parking on the property so you don't have to drive around to look for a spot.

Nice and clean hotel, most staff was very friendly. Hotel seems recently renovated. Breakfast was fine. All in all a very pleasant stay at very low cost

We did have one sheet that had stains but this was replaced without problems

The room we booked was huge. Everything was great a/c leaked and was not working great but it did not impact our stay too much. My husband likes a very cool room but it was not bad for the one night.

We stayed on the second floor and elevator was out didn't bother us much. We only stayed for one night and didn't have much to carry but might affect others.

It was easy to find

Breakfast should have gone longer being a Saturday. Also, the bathroom had two dim lights and one that didn’t work at all. Housekeeping should have reported that to maintenance. There were patches on the wall like some work had just been done, so if that’s why the light wasn’t working then you should either tell the guest or not put guests in that room.
