It was clean, quiet, and the food was great. This would have definitely been on our radar for the frequent trips we make to Scranton, however, see comment 2.

When we checked on Thursday (2 nights) and we asked about adding a third night and was advised that we could just come on Saturday and add the third day with a different credit card.  my husband came down and the person he spoke to advised that, because we used booking.com they could not add the third day. He explained what he was told by staff on 1st day & they ended up taking the card to see if they could add extra day. To their surprise they said it allowed them to do it. I received my credit card statement already and it says that you charged my card for the third day & not the card he gave you on Saturday to charge. On top of that we were quoted $171.xx for the third day and my card was billed an additional $204.59. Make it make sense.

It was a great location for our baseball tournament.

On Booking, I chose pay at the property. However, at 11;57, I received a notice from my credit card that my card was charged for my room several hours before I arrived at the property. This is the first instance of such. Any other property I am not charged until I check in and am physically at the property.

Our room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating!

Nothing within walking distance. Got excited to see a brewery right behind it, only to find out it was closed for good! Also called the property for rates and got a hotline that tried selling me a different hotel in the chain cheaper.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Hotel was quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. VERY convenient parking with no surcharge.

There were no glasses. How can you run a hotel with no glasses for drinks? Television channel selection was nothing short of horrible. If you don't like sports or you were over the age of 7, there was nothing to watch - perhaps, the worst selection ever. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. $5 for a can of Pringle's - really?

There was a good selection of food available. Scrambled eggs were dry, however, the cheese omelet the next day was fine. Coffee could be stronger. The staff was friendly and professional.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink was stopped up but was fixed the very next day. Housekeeping should have caught it, we should never have had to request service.

Everything met our needs! The most important elements- location, cleanliness, comfort of beds, shower, breakfast, and staff helpfulness/friendliness were all excellent!

There was nothing we didn't like! This was a repeat stay for us, and we wouldn't have returned if there were things we didn't like!

The location is nicely decorated, clean, the staff is AMAZING! The pool area was actually open, clean, and comfy. We will definitely book at this location in the future and would recommend it.

I ran a bath and the tub water was brown like tea.

A full breakfast both days including waffles which delighted my granddaughters. Breakfast on Saturday was excellent. Sunday all good except sausage. We were all treated with warmth and kindness including my therapy dog. Because the staff were all so helpful and kind, room and rest of facility was very clean and well lit we will stay at this Hampton Inn again without hesitation.

Covid vaccines and treatments could be all completely developed, accepted and utilized which would allow more accessible fitness facilities etc. And would ease what staffing difficulties Hampton may have.

Breakfast pretty good. Location very convenient for us. Pool very nice.

There was no hot tub. Food selection to buy at reception to eat in one’s room limited to some dry things eg Ramen. We had hoped for a selection of frozen dinners.

I made the reservation through Booking.com while sitting in the parking lot and paid with PayPal. The hotel did not have my payment when I checked in but took Care of me and called Booking.com to straighten it out.
