We arrived after midnight. The front desk receptionist is a Latino male if am not mistaken his name is Enrique. He was professional is all terms. The room assigned to us has a toilet handle broken I contacted front desk immediately he without hesitation changed out room. I love that as a family business owner station in Charleston, SC and in PA with over twenty four years in customer service we appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Enrique and the breakfast employee that was serving last Sunday she was kind enough to guide me to the coffee station do to a brain condition I am suffering from four brain pericallosal infarctions that is causing temporary dementia. The kindness of these two specific staffs warm my heart even a simple smile could make a big difference in another person’s life. Please tell Enrique, if that is his name to keep up with his humble personality and to keep his face up. He has great costumer service.

The hair blower was broken it have a missing part right at the handle where all the electrical wire are located. When I exited the room I returned to get the blower I took it down and handed it to the receptionist. I was staying Wilkes Barre, PA in another hotel back in February for about a month there was a room that got on fire 🔥 that was terrifying I had my 88 years old mom with me that weekend. The left bottom corner of inside shower is rusted I told the receptionist that needs to be repaired to avoid the corrosion to continue spreading. Now it’s a simple repair.

Location was great, good value for money, comfy bed, breakfast was adequate

TV didn't work but in fairness they offered to move us to another room but as it was already 8:30 and our stuff was spread everywhere and we were in jammies we didn't take up that offer. Breakfast was somewhat limited, one suggestion - strawberry jam would be nice as not everyone likes grape jelly. When trying to get the TV to work we discovered a lot of hidden dirt - even a tampon!!! Kind of gross.

Linens and pillows great. Very good nights sleep.

Staff did their job but no one went out of their way to be friendly. Breakfast was not good...cold sausage, watery oj, greasy bacon, ...Also no grab bar in shower.

The beds were clean and comfy, I could have used another blanket to add to the bed because my sisters like to sleep in a cooler room than I do. The breakfast was delightful.

The ONLY negative thing was that there were some hairs left in the shower from the last guest. I know that's easy to miss, the room seemed completely clean otherwise. I know they weren't my hairs because I was wearing a shower cap in there and I noticed them right away when I got in the shower.

Melinda and the Front Desk staff were so integral and making this Stay feel like him. I was there because my son had to have neck surgery and I wanted to be with him through that and they could’ve been more wonderful to make us feel welcome. When another note love, the fresh breakfast that Heather served every morning, we loved having fresh coffee all day long. The fitness room for myself was fantastic all around love love love this say.

Not a thing

I loved everything about my experience. The manager took care of changing my room, I'm disabled in a wheelchair, and she went above and beyond to give me a room that would be extremely comfortable and accessible in the Marriott Residence Inn next door ( affiliated with the Marriott Fairfield ). So the hotel and room I'm reviewing above is for the Residence Inn.

Not a thing

The beds were very comfortable, and the counter space in the bathroom was perfect for four people staying in the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the gluten free options were much appreciated!

The room was not clean went we first entered it. There were hairs in the tub and on the bed. The floor wasn't vacuumed. We told the manager, and by the time we came back, it was all cleaned up.

Lovely hotel, clean and tidy, lovely staff. The breakfast quiches were really good! So was the coffee. The a/c in the room was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Attractive room. Tub not slick.

In the bathroom, there was dirt in the corners. The kind you need to clean with a toothbrush. Other than that, the room was spotless.

Everything. Clean rooms, friendly staffs. Always my go to hotel whenever I’m visiting from NY

The bathroom and sink was clogging up and the water was taking forever to go down. Noticed mince poo in the bathroom and also hair was stuck in the bathroom hole that was noticeable. But I switched room and was comfortable.

Staff was top notch...we arrived later and the front desk staff was so friendly and interactive with us!! The rooms were awesome...the beds oh my gosh so so comfy...I want those blankets!!! Breakfast was amazing!!! Location was perfect...right off highway and close to food, fuel etc!! This was our favourite hotel on our journey by far!!!

A pool would be great!
