We were there for an extended weekend. My granddaughter was in a cheerleading competition. The staff there was awesome. They were extremely pleasant and polite. They were so eager to please us. Upon our checkout, we ran into car issues and had to have it towed back home. Samantha, the front desk clerk so was helpful to our situation, she helped with making the situation less stressful. Actually, both the young ladies at the counter, were helpful, polite, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was great, the hotel itself was extremely clean. I did not see anything unsightly dirty thru that hotel (and remember a lot of cheer teams were there that particular weekend) they were on top of it and the hotel stay cleaned the whole time. There were dispensaries of hand sanitizer thruout the building. The beds was extremely comfortable, more comfortable than my bed at home. The free breakfast was great as well. Everything was freshly cooked and they a good variety for everyone. Ceral, fruit, yogurts, toast, pancakes to name a few of the items. Everything was covid friendly with sneeze guards and individual containers. They even provide rubber gloves if needed. The location was great. Their was a Walmart and Target across the street and many restaurants nearby to choose from. Shopping is also there ie. Marshall, Macy's. In the past I always traveled with the Marriott but if this is how all IGH locations are, they may be my new place

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Decorated for the holidays and really added to my enjoyment of the stay.

I left shoes in the room at checkout. Called that night, the next day and the day after that. Was told housekeeping manager would call me, nothing turned in. I never got a call. I told desk people 3 times where exactly they were in the room and I know 100% they were there because I don't have them. Nope, they say nothing found. I sure hope the housekeeper is enjoying them!

I travel often to Dickson city and I never thought about staying here because I thought you would here all the traffic, but I was dead wrong it was quiet, clean, and best night sleep I ever got at a hotel I already booked my next stay !

The only thing I would suggest is getting lamps or something that is USB cord adaptable as most people bring in a phone cord but not a wall charger (kind of my responsibility but I have stayed at so many hotel with the capability so I assumed they would have one).....but everything was absolutely perfect

We had a problem with my booking when I tried to check-in. The front desk and Booking.com went out of their way to accommodate me. My price was honored and was given a king bed for the hassle.

My booking wasn't on file when at check-in. I had to wait for everything to be resolved.

I liked the breakfast and the location the best. Along with discounts being offered to certain restaurants.

I didn't like that my key card to my room stopped working and had to go to the front desk every time. I wish the pool hours were a little longer.

Breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean. Our thanks to Candy, the person responsible for cleaning our room. We would be happy to stay there again, if we are ever in the area!

I must say when I checked in Ashley was fabulous fabulous but when I went to work and I came back that evening I found I what no one wants to see in their room A BED BUG UNDER THE PILLOW. The Manager she should be working as housekeeping horrible horrible lady. It was like no can the world no not one express expression does she care II myself had to ask for her to put me on the 1st floor. .

Very nice hotel and big rooms. Everything is clean and well handled. Good pool and Hot tab. Nice breakfast.

The breakfast omelet is full of oil but this is the only disadvantage we found in the hotel :)

Great location. Wish I could have did some shopping. But it was an overnight stop on the way south. Liked the discounts for restaurants too. Very comfortable pillows! Was great having a refrigerator to store insulin. Liked the door seal to show cleaning done.
