Beautifully furnished rooms with balconies and mountain views at bargain prices. Located in a very underrated part of the Pennsylvania mountains. Found out also that the owners have been part of the civic life of the region for a very long time, and basically restored the only hotel in town.
The A/C may need some work. Only really bothered me my last night there, but I know from one other guest I met that I'm not the only one who had an issue. Cut this place some slack though: they weren't open last year, and overall they've done a spectacular job restoring the hotel.

I didn't realize there was a breakfast!!! The young woman at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I had a little trouble with her accent, but that was me. Where I come from there isn't much chance for practice listening to folks from other countries. But she was very patient with us which speaks highly of her. We only needed a safe, clean place to sleep for the night, for the money, this motel exceeded our needs.
There was just a sliver of soap. Fortunately I had a bar from another motel in my travel bag.

Staff was very friendly. Because we spent so little time in the room it was perfect. It was a bit outdated but clean and comfortable.
A couple of dead gnats in the bathroom floor but by no means dirty.

The room was spacious
Beds were not the greatest, only 2 outlets in the whole room, found Marijuana in a drawer the day before we left. So they don't clean very good, we were there over 10 days

Great value! Clean and comfortable. Two bedroom is reasonably spacious and accomodated. Patio and chairs are nice.
Toilet is a bit cramped but there's nothing to do about that. For the pricetag I have no other complaints.

The rooms are massive and clean and quiet with good heat and also a balcony, directly across street from Burger King if you want food and don't have a car

Decorum is dated but this was not of paramount concern.
