Staff was excellent (friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient). Rooms were well appointed, having large mini fridge, microwave, large dresser, desk, mattress toppers. Convenient outlets on the lamp on the nightstand (but my plug did not fit well). There was a full complimentary hot and cold breakfast in a dining room. (Muffins were very good but I think the eggs were powdered.) Although we didn't try it, there is also an adjoining Japanese restaurant. It is practically across the street from Binghamton University so, for us, a very convenient location. Overall, much better than the other Choice hotel we stayed in last time (when this hotel was booked up).

My charger plug kept falling out of (was strangely loose in) the outlets, and I tried several. The bathroom was clean, but the floor tile and tub looked a bit shabby. I am also not a fan of carpet, especially dark carpet. I liked that the in-room coffee maker used pods but the resulting coffee was undrinkable. Fortunately, there are coffee stations in the lobby and dining room which I recommend you use instead of the in-room coffee. Lastly, while I appreciate the challenge of cold winters and thaws on asphalt, the parking lot needs to be repaved.

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room (I had a different room the 2 previous nights and found it in there, but not in this room). A little sad breakfast starts later on weekends, I still had to be to work at 7 Parking lot could use some work

Clean, food available was good, fridge/microwave extremely helpful. Good location. Felt safe

Carpeting. Tile throughout would be better. Cleaning staff playing music next to room with Do not disturb. Overpriced due to college students coming back, otherwise normal room price is good value

Key stopped working on doors to open 2x, bathroom way too small, no room service unless you asked, walls so thin could hear everything

It was just enough for you to get thru the day.

I didn't like was that on the floor we was one was non smoking and there were people in other rooms that were smoking weed and cigarettes. I had to sign a form stating I will not do certain things while in room which was one of them. We do not smoke and that was such a horrible smell for us all.

Front desk Staff is exceptional day aid night, extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating . Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good (but too late for me on weekends, I have to be to work by 7) .

The parking lot is a little rough, and the room darkening curtains were coming off the hooks.

Very close to the university. Suitable for students who have not completed the dormitory procedures.

The privacy of the rooms on the first floor is somewhat poor. There is no elevator.

With room service, asked for condiment with meal, didn’t come, called down twice and they said they would bring it, but never did. Probably just a crazy night.

The breakfast is good. There are eggs, sausage, and waffle, among other things. The location is good, just across the street from Binghamton University. There are many restaurants in the area. We dined at Buffet Star, a Chinese one. It is very close.

The beds are bit small, although no big ones are promised. I forgot toothpaste, and the front desk agreed to have one sent to our room. One gentleman agreed to, but never showed up.

The staff was so friendly and the place was spotless. I arrived pretty late and the night manager (I forgot his name but he was wonderful) was so welcoming and helpful. You've got a great staff and place there!!

I couldn't get my TV to turn on but it was no big deal bc I had my computer.
