The property was clean and well kept. the location is a bit weird but it’s nice because it’s quiet and right behind Wegmans! The pool is nice and was very warm! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and plenty of seating.

there wasn’t anything much to not like really - the bathroom sink design is a bit awkward (located in the corner of the sink) and there’s a full length mirror on the wall right next to a bed which scared the crap out of me a couple times in the middle of the night when I had to get up. there’s also about a 1/4 inch gap in the door where you could see light but not that big of a deal.

The room, very clean linens in great condition and they gave us a room on the 1st floor by an exit which is a plus. My daughter loved the pool. Nice location.

We were there 3 days and we had to ask for toilet paper everyday it looked like we were being given half a roll. The breakfast wasnt up to the what I am used to at Hampton Inns. Eggs were watery. This could be due to Covid and not that big of a deal it was always a bonus. The price. We wanted to stay 6 days but we wouldnt be given a deal for an extended stay. Evidently they start weekend rates on Wednesdays and the room jumps up $60-$70 a night. I understand they could get more money for our room, but still most places would give you a room for a flat rate if you were staying longer. The area the hotel was in didnt warrant the price.

I liked the hotel desk receptionist, she was very pleasant and nice. She also made me feel extremely comfortable with my stay.

Breakfast host wasn’t too pleasant , I ordered breakfast and did not know for 18 dollars you can eat at the buffet, however when I saw my bill was 17 dollars, I asked can adjust 1$,so I can eat at the buffet. She replied no. I was disturb by her response. Later we did resolved it, I’m was very happy about it

From the minute we pulled up, to the time we checked out was great! The hotel was quiet, clean, in order and Kristen at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us find a great place for dinner (delivered to us at the hotel) and also with questions about billing and other things we needed. The breakfast was so good and there were so many choices. I also saw to-go breakfast bags on the counter for guests who could not take advantage of the hot breakfast. We love to travel and stay in nice hotels but lately there have been a lot of cutbacks and it hasn't been as nice and as fun as it used to be. Well, this stay has made us excited about getting on the road again!!! Thank you very much for everything Hampton Inn, Johnson City, NY!

Everything was great!

clean, pool was so nice and warm, breakfast was good. the desk person on at night was so very helpful she was just so kind!

the man at the desk (manager?) on the day of checkout felt the need to repeatedly remind me that we had a 12pm checkout which I was well aware of. we walked down to check out about 10 mins before noon and as we left he said “oh good I was just about to call you”. we made no indication we weren’t going to be leaving the hotel on time and I felt very rushed and like I was being targeted for some reason that I’d be the type of person to take advantage and stay late. I’m not really certain why but it took away from the rest of the stay which had the intent to keep us relaxed.

The manager and staff were great! All were so helpful and friendly. We did have a problem with the room and it was addressed immediately. The breakfast was amazing and there were always cookies and coffee/tea waiting for us in the lobby.

Rooms were very clean & in good repair. Although they were on the smaller side, they had everything we needed. Although I did not use the indoor pool myself, other members of my party enjoyed it.

Our GPS directed us in through the back by the storage facility. It would have helped to have clearer signage to the correct driveway.

The staff, they were amazing and helpful! The pool was open until 12am and was well maintained and large for the size of the hotel. The Breakfast was great, clean and a great variety, muffins, fruit, waffle maker, eggs!

the location was difficult to find, it will seem like you are headed to the back of a building, look up and follow the Hampton Inn sign into the parking lot. it was difficult to find at night. also, for GPS be sure to use Johnson City, Binghamton will take you to a residential neighborhood.

A well laid out and comfortable room. Breakfast included with price and additional snacks available for purchase. Good staffing and location.

Coffee machine in room had a piece missing. Found a hair in bedding.

Comfort, awesome staff. They froze my ice packs for me each night so I could transport my food. I’m a bariatric patient and need special food and keep it cold.

The only thing is the room fridge didn’t have the mini freezer on top to freeze my ice packs. That is all
