Not where we normally stay when visiting, but we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and convenience - and price was excellent. We would definitely use this property again.

I had to request a late checkout (1hr) but front desk told me that I had to wait for housekeeping to come in the next day at 8am and ask them. This was very odd direction as the front desk typically manages occupancy reports and can tell if it's possible. Either way, I called down at 8:30am and then was told that housekeeping isn't in until 9. Saw housekeeping in the hallway a little later and the girl did not even give it any thought, and gave a flat no as an answer. I understand if it couldn't be honored, I was just disappointed with the runaround.

The suite I had was tremendous great room very spacious loved everything about this. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The price I paid for this type of room was hands down affordable I couldn't believe the price I paid...you would think it would be a lot more!!

We loved it all and were more than pleased it was pet friendly without any extra charge. It was like a home away from home for 2 nights. Comfortable and convenient to the Wilson hospital where my mother was at.

The exit door across from our room to parking lot didn't seem to work with our key so we used stones to keep door open for loading and unloading.

I booked the king suite with roll in shower and the place was big! Almost a bachelor apartment, very spacious, clean, and the kitchen was a favorite. I specifically looked for a hotel with a kitchen and this one delivered! It helped me save money on eating out.

I didn't have a spatula lmao.

They had no breakfast. I had to cut my stay by one day. Staff and both the property and booking.com we awesome in getting my refund on the unused day.

COVID is over yet still no room service. Making bed empty was baskets etc

The hotel was very close to the nursing home we were visiting and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The water could have been a little warmer and a rubber mate for the tub would have been good to have.

When I booked the room it was listed as a pet friendly hotel. I was surprised to say the least upon arrival and checking in at there was a $75 plus tax non-refundable pet fee on top of the cost of the room. I think that that should be listed on the booking information. So for my dog to stay with me it cost three quarters of the amount it cost for me to stay there.

The location was excellent. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the university. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly. The property was very clean and amenities accessible.

Not enough luggage carts for the number of guests. Otherwise, things were fine.

just coffee for free is available, the rest you need to pay per item. Location is good for my needs, and the rooms are very ocmfortable.

Do not really like that a cat was running around the halls ( I am allergic). Not a spoon, or corkscrew to be found in the room (although a knife and plenty bottle openers are available). Had to tighten the toilet seat myself, as it was very loose. Had to clean the microwave platter myself as it was very dirty and sticky.

The price and the location. The room is very detail oriented with a kitchen and full size refrigerator. It's really clean. Very comfortable.

No breakfast and slow Wi-Fi. However, there are many restaurant around where we can get good food.
