That every time I stay here I'm recognized and greeted with a warm welcoming smile. The front desk staff is also very cooperative with issues that seem to arise with every booking thru Priceline including waiving any unnecessary fees and speaking to the booking agent reps to correct the errors that occur when booking thru their app. Those acts of courtesy and professionalism in the end save me money which I'm grateful for.

Room was comfortable; and adequate for 1 night. Breakfast was OK

How transiant the parking lot and noise from outside was. Hard to sleep with all the noise and people coming and going during the night. The only quiet time was between 2am - 4am.

I had made a mistake on the date I had booked my room was non-refundable but the first shift manager was great and fixed my dates for my booking. It was something that the manager didn't have to do due to it being my mistake. Thank you

Everything went well and from is amazing first night I had an amazing view second night I’m still enjoying every bit of it. Thank you.

There is an absolutely anything I don’t like. Hotel and stuff have treated me amazing especially when I needed extra towels they provided for it it immediately.

Don’t have breakfast. Location not that good . But for one night was alright.

More cleanliness. The bathroom door was dirty. Look like someone remove a picture from the wall . And left the brown residue from the glue. Look bad .

Friendly staff along with a nice view. I also enjoyed the little snack bar for something quick to eat on the go.

I was really hoping for a hot breakfast and an indoor pool.

The room did not have carpeting. The artificial wood floor planks were clean and seemed more sanitary.

We did not check in until 11PM. The room had only a single set of bath towels. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered after letting it ring a very long time. I went down to the desk and the person was just sitting there. He may have stepped away when I had tried to call.. He did provide towels. The towels smelled freshly washed with a slight bleach smell.

I discovered that the he sink would clog & take time to drain down. However, the attendant was very kind in assuring me that he would take care of it so nobody else would face the same situation in the future.

Staff was really nice and we didn't have workers being all loud waking us up early in the morning!

The beds felt comfy at first but I woke up in pain from how hard they were.

They only thing I liked about my stay was it was a nice get away from everyone but the rooms could of been cleaner

The rooms was not clean I had to go to.the gas station to bit cleaning supplies and the sheets was nasty thank god I brought my own
