It was fine. Wish I was sure apples were washed. Barcode labels were still on the fruit. The meat variety was good. Scrambled eggs were much better than the cheese omelet. I appreciate food that is not a processed or boxed food. Thank you.

The shower in the handicap room - the shower curtain pulled into the shower while in use. It needs weights in the hem. Water runs out onto the bathroom floor. I think a longer shower curtain or a lowered curtain rod would be beneficial to prevent the water dripping out onto the floor. It is a slipping hazard.

We liked the coffee bar. The breakfast had eggs and sausage, pancakes, bagels, cereal, juices and fruit. We thought it was good. Breakfast area was kept clean. Staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

No house keeping unless requested. It was available but it is awkward having to ask. They only clean on the 5th day of your stay. That just seems too far apart. The walls seem to be very thin (lacked noice cancelling). We were close to the elevator and could hear people getting off and talking. (louder than normal). The room was functional but small. No dresser but there was a place to hang clothes.

Great central location for everything we wanted to do which included the drive in movies, Parris Island Museum, the waterfront park/shops and Beaches. This hotel had the BEST breakfast—a variety of bagels, breads, and spreads; a pancake machine that was super user friendly, scrambled eggs, thin sliced kielbasa sausage, grits, a variety of cereals and juices.. I’m probably forgetting something. We looked forward to and enjoyed every morning! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad to say about the property.

This is a very modern, very clean, very colorful new hotel in the Beaufort area, fun to stay in. The mattress was comfortable, the TV was huge, the bathroom especially the shower was great. There was a lot of space on the ground floor to hang out in.

The fridge was tiny and there was no microwave. (We were allowed to use the one in the lobby.) The pillows were terrible - very floppy and not supportive at all. Use of the TV was very complicated, they need to offer instructions. Water pressure in the sink was very low. The hotel is located at the edge of town, about as far away as we could stay from Hunting Island State Park which was why we were there.

Very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the property was very modern.

Fire alarm went off at 6am one morning and forced an evacuation. One of the front desk associates was on her phone (on speaker as well) speaking with her mother about a personal matter and made me stand at the desk for ~5min while she finished her phone call. She didn’t even acknowledge me standing directly in front of her until she was done yelling into the phone. Not professional at all.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, good location, very friendly and helpful staff.

The noise. Our room was right by the stairs and the first night we heard noise a good bit of the night. We were given the room we were because it would be quiet and the second night there were kids loudly running all over the hallway after 10pm. Also, when we first entered our room there was a very strong and overwhelming smell of either body odor or hair products. Thankfully it faded after a little bit.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly!!The breakfast was good. Fritatas, sausages, cereal, grits, toast , bagels, flapjacks,fruit, yogurt, oatmeal,and scrambled eggs.

It didn’t have much around it to do but was close enough of a drive to some things. No bowling alley or cinema close. No mini golf or anything. Those are not the fault of the hotel though. The parking was not very good. The parking lot has an odd angle going in and out.

After 10pm it was relatively quiet. Considering less than stellar construction allowing every step and movement be transmitted through the floors and walls, it was a noisy stay

Sticky floors ( Housekeeping needs to rinse the mops and insure floors are clean); damp towels and noisy room. Second time at a Tru (through Booking.com) and the last time. Overpriced and poorly managed facilities.

The staff were extremely nice at the front desk. I interacted with them around 3-4 times and each time, the person was super friendly and helpful. I wish I knew their names so I could shout them out!

The room had a couple spots that did not seem to be cleaned. There was a hair in the shower and a stain on the comforter. It was clear that the room was cleaned but felt rushed a little.
